I play on the Xbox 360, I use a controller with the Messenger keyboard attachment. I prefer using a controller while playing MMO's, but couldn't live without a keyboard for typing/chatting. Some people claim it is an expensive option, but it comes with a headset for voice chat, and considering that is $20 in itself, and additional $10 for a keyboard seemed like a no brainer.

I enjoyed the video's cinematic feel. The music went very well with the various scenes and the story you designed was well made. One problem I had was the scenes of when you were fighting the Shadow Lord. I thought the camera angle could have been better and better abilities could have been used to make it look more epic. Perhaps some weapon skills, etc. Overall I did like it though.

Heh, everyone says the fight shoulda looked better, and I agree, but ya got to remember I did this for my mission prior to thinking about making a movie for it, that was an after-thought :P The fight scene was the only thing filmed, then I retraced my steps to make a project out of it. I'm currently thinking of redoing this movie though from scratch with my 75DRK, and better lead-in.^^

well actually... the reason FFXI has one of the cheapest monthly MMORPG rates around is because they made their money on the retail copies... the monthly fees are a little to pay for maintenance workers, expansion makers, etc. that and security and server fees. ... For the people talking about service fees, its all the same like Saphyr says. What Adamisk89 is thinking, is that you have to pay to play on Xbox live, which for FFxi isn't the case, you only need that Silver version thingy to play, you no monly fees (if you dont already have gold or something)

Great video...I played the game about 2 years ago...I still remember fighting the going to Castle Vzahl and fighting the Shadowlord for the first time on my Taru blm...was exciting. FFXI being way more tedious and annoying than nother MMORPGs...the greatest thing they did were all the missions...as expected of Square of course, great storylines. The Zilart and CoP missions were crazy and exciting also :)
