Tazers are effective if your drugged, drunk whatever. Thats why they perfer them over spray because when your drugged and sometimes when your really drunk, you can't feel it. A tazer dosnt have to work on pain compliance, it causes your mussles to lock up and convulse, so you loose control and hit the ground. Giveing the officers time to get on the suspect and cuff them.
