  • nice job. wish my 190E were this nice. my dad has a 300SDL with 352,000 mi. on the odometer and i love the sound of it, i just wish it were louder like this is. nice job.

  • how many miles??? mine is 410K

  • It has 307,000 miles on it. It is not being driven daily at this point due to a cracked head.

  • fix that head, cars like that are meant to be driven, not to sit around;)

  • Working on making the money to be able to afford a new head ($2000). So for now, it sits under a cover. Hopefully it'll be up and running again soon.

  • @VeeDubTDI2 I've seen rebuilt used heads go for $800.

  • Hehehe "Hop in quick!"

  • listen to the car at 00.28 til 00.33. sounds like a monster! tell me, what brand of exoust is that?

  • Home-made. :)

  • its not 5 cylinder, its a 6 cylinder turbo diesel because the s-class long body tagged 300-series "SDL" was manufactured during the years of '86 and '87, and the 5 cylinder turbo diesel was long gone.

  • Its a 5 cylinder Turbodiesel.

For me sounds that like a damaged exhaust.

  • That is with no catalytic converter and no muffler. Just a 3" straight pipe from the downpipe all the way back.

  • It's OM603 or OM617 engine? (5 or 6 cylinder?)

  • OM603 3.0L inline 6. NOT the older 5 cylinder powerplant.

  • that's the sweetest sounding merc i've ever heard

  • Show the car some respect man. It's a classic Merc definitely not made for that. The turbo sound very nice though

  • nice car man, too slow too height mas too nice.

  • This fukking rocks!!!
