This does not work anymore A81-G it did once but now market has updated and Witstech do not have a licence for Market on the A81-E/G, They are not interested in fixing it because they have a new model out. DON'T BUY FROM COWBOYS.

I tried all the steps twice. I got the error, shutdown, turned A81e on, started google, apps not showing up.

Sorry, have original A81, updated to 2.2 firmware. Everything works great, but market does not update anymore, using your method. It did update with 2.1 firmware and I think a new firmware fix is required for 2.2.

Fast forward to 330 for fix. Summary; run market, go to settings, applications, manage applications, running apps, market, clear cache, force stop, back button, google services framework, clear data, ok, force stop, home page, run market, error box click ok, power off tablet. When you power on, market should work great!

Sorry - with Archos 70 IT searching for ´Regina Launcher´ this app is not found. All addons (Regina Default Theme, Regina ToDo, Regina Weather and Regina Weather Server) are there.

Thanks for the fix. Unfortunately, even after applying it, Market on this stupid Archos 101 still doesn't show up a bunch of apps - both free and paid.

I can do the exact same search on phone and tablet and see big gaps in the results list on the tablet.

I love my Nationite MiDnite (rebranded witstech) I paid like $150 for it and it's WELL worth the money if you are not expecting some type of super computer for that price... I'd have paid even more for this thing...

If you have this device I recommend checking this site often it offers the best firmware support, even better than the actual company... vplace.tk

I spent days searching and they (wits) have one guy on some forum as support for firmwares, this place is much better...

I was adviced to try this fix, but I can't locate the "Google Service Framework" in my WoPad. There is no such item listed under the Application Manager, not even if I filter "All". Is there another name for "Google Service Framework". Please advice.

This fix works great for the Archos 70 Internet Tablet 250 GB (an Archos Gen8 Tablet using the archos apps installer Market hack).

Okay guys, just a tip if you clicked "remove data" instead of clear cache: I've rebooted, started the market and ... damn, error, close. So I've clicked "remove data" in Google Services Framework, rebooted and it's fixed now :)

Also tried this on my N900, works perfectly. In case you wonder about it, NITDroid is an unofficial port of Android for the N900(and although the legit market is included it doesn't show all apps by default).
