lucind williams displays one of the most remarkable soft jazz style of singing that i ever heard, i saw her preform when she was in texas in 2005 and she was remarkable !she definently has a soul jazz sound to her voice.

Lucinda's gravelly drawl carried by the echoing twang of the haunting lead guitar simply gives me goose bumps; I'm so glad she never made the mainstream--the industry would have bastardized her talent and the world would definitely be with tears.
