Great artist, great song, perfect performance. The guitar part is a great example of "less is more." He nailed it. I can't stop watching this video-it's so good it's mesmerizing. I would love to know if this concert is available on DVD.

No one can make a burly guy or badass woman cry like Lucinda. When I die, there's gonna be a boatload of music from Lucinda and Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi...probably no hymns...but alot of really good music.
lucind williams displays one of the most remarkable soft jazz style of singing that i ever heard, i saw her preform when she was in texas in 2005 and she was remarkable !she definently has a soul jazz sound to her voice.
I just get lost in her music. Its like having company with you all the time. I just sit and think of good times...... Phew I sure love this feeling She's wonderful
Lucinda's gravelly drawl carried by the echoing twang of the haunting lead guitar simply gives me goose bumps; I'm so glad she never made the mainstream--the industry would have bastardized her talent and the world would definitely be with tears.
was driving, heard this song. Wow. Ran right back here to find what it was, thanks to playlist online. Excellent. Fabulous. Mesmerizing. Lucinda. Her voice - lovely. Songwriter extraordinaire.
For someone feeling lonely and blue, a sad break-up song. Thanks Lucinda for a great performance.

That was a great guitar solo (2:00 - 2:28)!! Perfect for this song - not flashy, not distracting, just yummy tone. Beautiful.

There's a reason Time magazine called her the most innovative songwriter of our time.
She's simply brilliant.

Reminds me of Nina Simone's "For a While", different genre, both no. 1.

Very simple and tasteful. She's extraordinary.
IMO, the greatest country-folk artist writing/performing in the last 20 years.
