@froufroulover4 The whole thing is very confusing really...But, the boy and girl on the beach were supposed to be the next ones to go through it (the boy, you're right, couldn't help her because he's not Yukito's kid, but he would be the one she'd get too close to and die basically...) but Yukito and Misuzu did end the chain. The kids on the beach were kind of symbolizing the fact that they WOULD have gone through all of that pain and suffering, but now they don't have to because Misuzu......

I was really disappointed to this anime I mean everyone was talking this is so great series but for me, it wasn't anything special. I didn't cry at all, but it was ok I think. I wouldn't watch it again though. :D Too boring... So far I've cried only in two animes: The Rose of Versailles & 07-Ghost.

This song and anime made me cry. I thought I was going to loose it. Thats how sad it was. I was really suprided though when I watched this video and I realized how hard it might have been to make this show and have to watch it. In the end its a good anime and a good song to go with it. Whoever made it put a lot of effert in it.

I never understood it rly either but I think he got turned into crow because he died but his spirit of wanting to find the winged girl and helping her never rly died so he wanted to help her anyway he could and became a crow. I think the two kids as reincarnations are like giving the two of them a second chance.
