Unboxing: Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000

The Wireless Entertainment 7000 may NOT work on Mac platforms as drivers for it is NOT found at Microsoft's website...

i currently have a microsoft wireles alser desktop 6000 version 2, the mouse is AWESOME but the keyboard, ever since last month it sometimes misses keystrokes as u pprob noticed lol. thinking logitech but th 7000 looks SWEET lol

i think i can get it at futureshopoor best buy for 50 dollars atm

It really depends on you. For Logitech, I've heard that the letters on the keyboard will fade off, don't know which keyboard that's applicable to though. My experiences with Microsoft have been good so far and hopefully it'll continue to stay that way...

are you sure this is the Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000? Cause there is also a Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 so I want to be sure when i get this one soon =D

The package that houses the keyboard and the mouse clearly states Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000. Upon closer inspection, the keyboard is Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000, while the mouse is Wireless Laser Mouse 8000...

Doesn't say it does on the website, but I believe it does work on a Mac. You might wanna double confirm this...

i would think so with macs built in drivers. the only reason i ask that question for a windows keyboard is that i could perhaps get it for free if it comes on live search club (google it).
