Ekydami is right that was how her family name was spelt during the 11th century. It became Etheridge during the Renniansance which was during 16th century That how old her family is.
The spelling of Etheridge here with an H, is probably closer to the original.
With the Angle and Saxon invasion into Britain, the first consonants such as H were often dropped. I acn't find the original version on YT, so perhaps this is better than nothing. Her speech was beautiful.
