I think it's making reference to some print ads on Montana Meth Project's website. They go along the lines of "Nobody ever thinks (insert something here). Meth will change that." Those ads mention things like trying to tear off your skin and losing your virginity in a public bathroom. So yeah, this vid is a joke. Or at least intended to be one.

actually amphetamines are used for ADHD treatment... it balances the inbalance of MAOIs in the brain... meth undoes all that and further unbalances the MAOIs. i know because i was on ritalin and it helped me focus in school, then i started to tweak 2 years after and it undid all the balancing the ritalin did... meth is one of the nastiest things in existance... it turns people into monsters and ruins lives... i just stick to booze and coke... hahahaha...
