@tiluthemeguy It is the electromagnetic wave in vacuum therefore gauss's law is equal to zero. Although when there is an enclosed charge the divergence of E (Gauss's Law) is equal to charge density over epsilon not, I think this is what confused you. Thank you, it's always good to review.
