What software do you use to record the game? I would like to use fraps or playclaw but they make my game drop down to like 20-30 fps all the way from 50-60 fps, any suggestions as to why this happens and how i can fix it? My PC isent crappy either so idk why it happens.

marksman is an amazing spec but if your leveling have the nightstalker and marks but then have ranger just for the pet and don't put any points in ranger

Hey cromar, you should try going into Nightblade for Scourge of Darkness. This can be combined with marksman/ranger or assassin if you want to melee. I run nightblade/ranger/ass(just for +5% crit), and spam quick/cripple/twilight force + headshot/flame thrust. SOD gives you a massive dps increase when popped on 5x Heat retention.

Can you be in treeform in Rift??

@ShamaticWow Treeform isn't specific to a healer, but you can get a wide variety of consumables that morph you into different forms (imps, zombies, etc) for a short duration. The current world event offers some rewards that give you some pretty unique forms.

@Hurxen Most bosses are extremely melee unfriendly. Melee specs are pretty useless for anything challenging. On this boss, in particular, meleeing him during the enrage phase is a great way to get cleaved as the tank kites him.

@tgnRift untrue, melee is very good on him. If you actually took the time to figure out the boss you'd know that his cleave isnt 360 degrees but only about 90 degrees (frontal). Before you go posting things you dont know you should do some research. PS: sin and nb are the best rogue dps (aoe and single target) the parser doesn't lie.

Kite Phases:

- 86% - 76%

- 61% - 51%

- 36% - 26%

- 11% - Kill

With the turtle adds, we had them kept at low health for when he enrages. When he did we use a kill order on the adds, killing them one at a time in a line.

In P2 we had 2 range DPS killing the pixies, everyone else was DPSing the boss.

In P3 you need to interrupt the ground pixie Fae Barrage (Not Fae Blast) as it deals mass AoE damage. We had melee DPS on these.

P4 is hectic, Range on boss. Melee on adds. Pop CD's here.
