Yeah, but we all know that once the Cell Saga was over everyone (including the bad guys) just stopped trying... Ever since Goku came back to Earth after beating Frieza, there has been at least 1 or more people capable of destroying the Earth present on the Earth at all times and yet after Trunks showed up, Vegeta turning SSJ, and then the whole Hyperbolic Time Chamber buffs... People are so overpowered thay could destroy the Earth by accident and the planet is still around.

At least in the Cell Saga those overpowered guys might be able to say "Hey, we're concentrating all that power into small areas thus using our full power without inflicting it onto the whole planet". They're just not trying anymore.

base super buu may be a little bit stronger in terms of ki then kid buu but u cant really tell a difference, but kid buu has more strengths than super buu, he has high stamina, durability, speed, most evil, he has high regenerative ability all that put together would own normal super buu
