It's a just story description, when I was a kid we used to walk up what we called "Smilog Mountain" and up the hill to Brynna and opposite over the hill to Llanharry. It's not mountain and it's not in the 'Welsh Hills', but it's surrounded by hills. To a child, it's a simple description and this film is based on a sax player living in a train set., it's not supposed to be accurate.
