  • lying and laughing...laughing and lying!

  • The guy is actually a phenomenal lawyer. Too bad he's stuck with Kramer all the time :/

Kramer, as we know, fucks everything up...

  • This was a pretty strong defense lol.

  • Thank you for posting this, omerwahaj.

  • There is one guilty bystander.

  • @CC3673 Who?

  • @writersblock26 The disliker. Also funny thing i ask Google the same question and he said there is a 1950 movie: Guilty Bystander

  • Does Jackie Chiles sound like Apollo Creed to anyone else?

  • What fool disliked this? Damn I have lost all hope in the world.

  • My question is how can all those actors and extras keep a straight face while shooting this scene? How can Phil Morris keep a straight face as well?

  • @imandir It was the guy who got carjacked

  • That's actually a good argument.

  • In Philadelphia, always be a good samaritan

  • @mrlunitunz in all the episodes jackie chiles represents kramer they loss because kramer always fucks something

  • thats actually a very good argument lol ..btw Jackie was the best reoccurring character

  • As funny as this is Jackie actually makes a damn good case XD

  • my lawyer is jackie chiles, in 500 cases we won 0 :( xDDD

  • @skyfinish Jackie Chiles is actually a very competent lawyer, the reason he loses all the cases he represents Kramer for is because Kramer is a very incompetent client.

  • he makes a good case.

  • lol id so pay for jackie chiles to be my lawyer

  • snap

  • Chiles is all class! :D

  • joshua is gay

  • damn good statement gotta love jackie lmao

  • "While the real perpetrator is walkiing around laughing...Lying and laughing.. Laughing and lying"

  • @JackieChiles007 LOL!

Thanks for that, man. That made my day. :-)

  • I am SHOCKED and CHAGRINED!!

  • Jackie Chiles or Denny Crane are the greatest lawyers(fictional or not) ever.

  • @stalrunner Certainly. Although Jackie Chiles is funnier than Denny Crane simply because Seinfeld is a straight up comedy.

  • My clients medical condition is not on trial here! May I refer you to the Disability Act of 1990?

  • martian man hunter from smallville

  • I AM MORTIFIED AND STUPIFIED!!! HAHHAHAHAHA!! THIS TRIAL IS OUTRAGEOUS!!

YOU ARE OUTRAGEOUS JACKY!!! LOVE YA!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!

  • Can you be charged with criminal indifference?

  • This video is lewd, lascivious, OUTRAGEOUS!

  • Innocent...*points to jury*...bystanders

  • Shocked and Chagrined! Mortified and Stupefied!

  • but no...they wanna chaange nature here....

  • There should have been a Jackie Chiles spin-off. As well as individual spin-offs for Kramer George and Elaine. The Seinfeld universe could still be around today.

  • Brilliant.

  • I was truly amazed that they actually had laws like this in some countries.

  • Ugh. Not helping an endangered person is at BEST a misdemeanor offense. You might as well write someone a parking ticket.

  • @szfski Wrong, there is no 'duty to save' law in the us.

  • @DudemcmanStudios Yes there is, it's just not federal. Vermont, Nevada, Minnesota and, I believe, NY *do* have Good Samaritan laws on the books.

  • @szfski But not everywhere, as you implied above. that is a good point though.

  • He swayed me :-)

  • While the real perpetrator is walking around LAUGHING!. Lyin and Laughing... Laughin [high pitch + bug eyes]..... and Lyin

  • Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • @sharktrinity Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • @sharktrinity Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • @sharktrinity Just like what George said about Susan, Jerry and Elaine

  • lol, fantastic hes the best, truely a chewbacca defence, if Chewbacca lives on endor, you must equit

  • isn't that the guy from Madtv?

  • He should have had his own show.

  • Only you... Can stop them!

  • should of been one of the main characters!

  • He's using the Chewbacca technique!!

  • @ReallyGoodFeting explain?

  • It was on some episode from south park

  • I love the way he says "bystander."

  • From 0:35-0:55, that should have won them the case. Jackie is right on point! The gangs other antics over the years is what buried them!

  • I am schocked and chagrined!

  • mortified and stupified lol

  • good samaritan law? never heard of it !

  • This guy got OJ off the hook

  • umm no

  • the best closing argument ever

  • was the real perpetrator Jackie Chiles talk about at 0:19 was the Robber who robs the Fay Guy that the Four made fun

    of?!?

  • One of the greatest characters, ever!!

  • That was amazing!! That made my day.

  • classic

  • LOL this was probably the only great scene from the finale, jackie was awesome!!!!!

I still think the show is the greatest of all time!!!!!

Elaine seemed so nice in this scene. She actually reached out to her lawyer.... lol

    What do you guys think?

  • the basic storyline was flawed, the law they were charged with violating said something along the likes of: If it was "reasonably safe" to intervene, you were obligated to-if i remember right, the mugger had a gun, or at least had his hand in his pocket like he had a gun-so, that doesn't seem reasobly safe to me-greatest show of all times-no lessons, no "special episodes" none of that bs, 2 and a half men is like that now, some of the early episodes were "touchy feely" both by Andy Ackerman

  • wait are you saying 2.5 men is getting better now, or getting worse? i've actually never watched the show. i prefer seinfeld repeats to anything that's on these days.....

  • I know, it read funny, but i was running out of characters and had to edit it-2.5 men is getting better-it's been good from about midway throughthe first season on-it's just funny-no hugs, no learning, none of that-just comedy-give it a look, I think you'll like it-mostAndy Ackerman shows are pretty good, he started as an editor on Cheers, and eventually took over the show, I'm sure thats where the Ted Danson references come from, also on Becker, Andy's show, the Diner is called Reggie's

  • Yea this scene is great. All Jackie Chiles scenes really, he's probably my favorite secondary character. Totally a spoof of Johnny Cochran.

  • ..."a bystander by definition, is innocent; that is the nature of bystanding!"

It's actually a good argument, as someone commented.

  • I want Jackie on my side if I ever go to court!!!(LOL)

  • It's actually quite a clever argument he presented.

  • If that one law of that episode actually came to existence, everyone on the world would be in jail.

  • That actual law itself isn't in existence but there are laws in some states in the U.S. that use the same concept. Not to this extreme of course.

  • oooh they're real... and they're fantastic!

  • "I am shocked and chagrined!"

  • oh man Jackie Chiles was the best recurring character on the show

  • yeah he's hillarious

  • No.George Steinbrenner was.

  • @lundhead Ever hear of Newman??

  • @lundhead Ever hear of Newman??

  • where in the hell did you find this, that was awesome. I don't remember this scene from the final episode...was it a dvd extra?

  • This scene is cut out of the episodes that are aired in syndication and only appeared in the original episode. The syndicated version also cut out many of the testimonies, incuding those of The Bubble Boy, George Steinbrenner, Ramon the Pool Guy, and the police detective from the episode "The Wig Master"

  • That's sooo weird i remember watching this episode on TBS wondering where the funniest part was. I love the fist pump at the end LOL.

  • see he likes black people

  • lmao!

  • Jackie Chiles by far the best lawyer

  • still doesn't beat the..

    "..LIKE A GLOVE!" situation haha

  • I love Phil Morris. He's very funny.

  • I want Jackie Chiles to represent me in court if I ever get in trouble.

  • "But, no they wanna create a new animal: the guilty bystander."

    hahahaaaa...

  • lol lieing and laughing, laughing and lieing.

  • How could they cut this from syndication?
