Sharlto Copley was awesome but he wasn't as good as Jackie Earle Haley though, however the roles can't really be compared but Rorschach got beyond badass...

Anyways, I also loved this movie it kicked the living shit out of Transformers in action and had an awesome build up of the story, I definately think it should be a sequel although it'll be hard to top this, the beginning might be abit hard to get into for some people but otherwise it's fucking awesomeness

I really don't think that they should make a sequel. Sure, I'd like to know more about the alien world and everything, but I don't think they could ever top this. So a sequel would be a bad idea I think.

I took your advice and i finally went to go see it in theaters~! oh my god! it was amazing! i loved it, first 10 minutes i was sucked into it. Yeah it was a sad movie, at times i felt like crying. Then twords the end it make me want to shout out and say "FUCK YEAH!" cheering for the those characters and what they did. I think you know what im talking about when they had to come up with that plan and they decide to do it. Amazing, awesome, dear god it was glorious. Ending was a tear jerker for me

So now he has to live as an Prawn for 3 years in the concentration camp (District 10). I have read that Blomkamp has intrest in a sequal. So that means after 3 years the Prawns wil launch a massive invasion of Earth to rescue the ones that are imprisoned at the Johannaburgs concentraion camp, but will they convert that Afrikaan protaganist back into human form.

I totally agree, this movie was soooo good. After a movie I usually clap and I talk about how awesome it is. This movie I just sat there and couldn't even talk. The ending scene was amazing, hell, the whole movie was amazing. And Neill Blomkamp, bravo, a great new director, hopefully he makes more sci-fi movies.

Those were awesome aliens. I don't usually like cgi, cause you can tell its cgi, i prefer practical fx... but in this movie the Fx were absolutely real looking, and all other blockbusters are put to shame by a movie with a quarter of a budget of many movies, lol transformers 2 boo. d-9 = a new classic!!

God, the fun for me started when the infected guy reached for the alien gun while the african american gang dudes were about to kill him. I was just so freaking amazed when that happened and was on the edge of my seat after that which where the real action begins! Loved this movie so freaking much! I am now 100% sure that peter jackson will work on the halo movie since this movie was an amazing success.
