I'm a member of the Assoc.; but won't be in Halifax. My dad was an original, an American & had come from the 7th Cavalry. in '42 he was 19 and had already been in the Army since '39. He lost his hearing @ Cassino and was discharged 6/6/44. Learned to read lips & recovered enough to re-enlist. I considered him the greatest man I ever knew until I went to my 1st FSSF reunion.

I love it! My Dad was a 4-1 and darn near lost his life @ Cassino.
