  • These are great exercises and they do work. Make sure you do them DAILY and till FAILURE. You will end up with a nice round firm high booty. Now who does not want that. Remember: till it burns like crazy and only when you can not physically do another 1. Then you can stop. Do this every day and you will notice a difference within a month if you eat right.

  • darness i been doing these and my butt has more definition and lifted more and it seems softer to be honest or more meat back there and i like that feature

    they burn like a bitch though. i do it in intervals I swim 20 times then pause 10 seconds

    40 swims pause 20 seconds then i start over again and do it til i cant do it no more it works!!!

  • If you do deep squats your glutes get big, but I mean deep ass squats (just a warning to guys not to go too deep on squats unless they want a huge ass).
