  • why am I watching a video about a fan?

  • Cool fan nice find.

  • this is cool as shit

  • i need to go to more fleamarkets :) afte spending dayts and days discovering all these fans makes want more

  • You are very correct, this was made by Lasko. Laskos were rebadged as Galaxy, Sears, and now Air King (I think). Nice fan, it's hard to find it in green.

  • its a lasko i have the galaxy version

  • I have one. Mine has a brown base plate and center logo. Yours is quieter than mine. I also bought the Cool Colors Lasko at Lowes in green just for a comparison.

  • To verify a Lasko made fan, take a look at the plug. Does yours have "LMP" stamped on it?

  • No it doesnt, but it has the same squarish-ribbed plug as my 12" Western Auto box fan (made by Lasko). The only plugs I have seen on Laskos are the old thin Lakewood style, this one, and the ones with a strain relief built in. What styles say LMP on them?

  • My 12" Galaxy has LMP on the plug, it's similar to the brown / tan 16" ZacharyDY4 posted recently.

  • I remember a fan just like that back in the 1970's, a guy brought a fan just like this into our elementary school when we had a heatwave. I love those green Sears fans with the "atomic" symbol on the guard badge.

That is a Lasko made fan, if you look at the Air King fans sold today their 9" model looks very similar to this fan (color's different though.)

Nice little fan, I'm on the hunt for one of those myself.

  • where is green blade

  • nice fan yea those were made by lasko
