Well a motorcycle engine can only get so small. They already have pocket bikes. They can't get much smaller than that unlses you get a really weak engine which probably wouldn't pull a human. But I guess it would still be a motorcycle. Building worlds smallest bike has limits. Building largest bike has no limits. YOu dont have to stop at any length.
