I don't care who you are, or which Trek you dig the most, the Refit Enterprise is THE best looking ship... period. It actually looks like a graceful and dignified lady, who could kick your ass! and I dare any Klingon to call her a garbage scow! ;->
Once again, great video. I think that the older ships look more practical in construction, except for very thin parts like the Constitution neck. With many of the new ships its like, so all of the rooms with a view on this deck have walls slanted at 10 degrees from the horizontal, yeah sorry about that... although never understood the Oberth class, the ship is in 2 separate parts, that's kinda dumb...
Just beautiful. I LOVE the TMP shiups designs. Don't get me wrong, I like the way the newer ships look, but the older ships just look nice. Like how the '69 Dodge Charger looks SO much better than the newest ones.
@BygPhattyPlus Ain't that the truth about the Charger. I was just looking at ST:TMP and I remember how much I was against the Enterprise nacelles not being tubular. Now though, I think the uprated Enterprise/Enterprise-A was perhaps the most graceful of all the designs. I'm still a big fan of the E just for its quiet strength. I also love the Defiant for putting that much badassness in a ship that size. However, I appreciate the uprated Enterprise much more now.
