As far as I know there is a mistake. If the biggest star has a diameter of 2'644'800'000km and Earth 12'796km. vv cephei is not 649'800 times bigger than earth but 206'689. (2'644'800'000/12'796).

And just for fun and realize how big is the star vv cephei. If the sun is 12cm diametre like a CD, earth is only 1.1mm diametre. Guess the diameter of vv cephei..... 228meters. Impressive no ?
