Loved hearing you say 'Coaching encourages self discovery" And I loved your mention of how a coach assists a client to listen to themselves and gain an understanding of THEIR own self knowledge. It's TIME FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE HOW EMPOWERING IT IS TO BE COACHED BY A PROFESSIONAL COACH trained through a recognised coach training school.
Great interview. Segment 5 is especially great with interesting and powerful comments on "Coaching training being different to self education as it reminded me how I felt after my sessions with you. It was Coaching that was the 'AWAKENING' of my own self education.
Your interview highlights your knowledge on this specialised topic and now that I really appreciate the differences between "coach-specific training" and someone like myself who has used the title in ignorance, I'll be removing it from my business card until I receive coach-specific training.
