That's the signature move of anyone who plays Ryu competently. It's just how you combo his ultra.

There are many, MANY other ways to combo into his ultra, that is just one of the most difficult/most effective ways of getting his ultra. Almost no one does it besides Daigo because it's so difficult

No, your not, because Daigo not only has perfected that move, but every other Ultra combo in the game. And not only that, he has a flawless mixup/zoning game, and if your talking SF3, he has a flawless parry game. Plus, you may know the combo, but I HIGHLY doubt you can use it as effectively, and as efficiently as he does.

Im sorry but DP FADC Ultra is not something that is difficult to do. In fact it is one of the easiest FADC into ultra combos in the game. What was impressive was linking jabs into ex dp into ultra. That takes some great timing in the middle of a battle.

The white ryu player he was playing in another vid was competent and i never saw that move once from him. It makes sense to do it that way but its still been rare (for me) to see it...especially with the EX link. Most people usually plainly LK or LP or FA into it or simply use it to counter
