@M0bsine No dice, any CDL operator will tell you, if you are not in compliance with DOT you stop immediately or you are breaking the law. This is hazard to other motorists and the stability of his own rig. That block swinging probably weighs well over 1000 lbs. My guess is if this continued, the scrubbing eventually destroyed the tires, as you can see them being scrubbed back and forth, they actually smoke briefly in the vid.
