If it wasn't for the English promoters and DJ's, we would never of had Rezerection. The OLD Rezes from say 1991 to 1993 were the true raves - hardcore dance music, not just 170bpm+ gabba. What's really funny is people bangin on about "old skool" and "proper E's" in 1994,95 or 96. You'll never see videos of the first 2 Rezes at the Ingliston Exhibition Centre. Who remembers the lazer 'grid' at Rez 1? Who was at Technodrome in October 1991? Now those were the good old days before the chavs.

just because it was played alot dont mean its scotish pal,most of the djs are english and the producers as well,but what it was different than most english hardcore events (exept dreamscape and diehard) was the atmoshere i went to this one and event 4 and they was banging ,the english scene which spawned the whole rave scene was dieing on its ass in 96 as most of the ravers got bored or just moved on ,hence why my m8 charlie fantazia picks scotland for his events these days .

That was my first rez, wot an amazing thing the old rez was, it`ll never be the same again.

But, Saturn1returns, why you jumpin on the bandwagon and calling the new rez "fake rez"? It`s not fake, Jon Campbell legitimatly bought the name coz no one else did, he started it up again but of course its not the same, music and people are different nowadays, today`s rez wouldn`t be half as popular if it was all oldskool(WHICH i LOVE) people want to move forward, so Jon Campbell took rez forward.
