his neck can move, right? yeah I like the big mouth face XD the other head with the messy hair is for without the hat. the smoother hair is for the hat. gear 2nd is the steam and fast, jet pistol! the big fist is gear 3rd, fuusen, I think.

I had a look through the comments, and can't actually see anyone else who has translated the base stand for you.

Anyway, the writing on the stand is "DON!!", a dramatic sound effect that Eiichiro Oda loves to use in his manga. In the anime, it's like a loud echoing drum beat that's used when showing a sudden reveal of characters standing at the scene, or the aftermath of an attack, etc.

I agree with you I just did my review on this also and I will give this a figure a 9 of 10 also just one minor but beside that this figure of Monkey D Luffy is number 1 on the market for me. So is a must own.

@linkistheman109 It is sturdy, but it doesn't have any diecast metal in it like the masked rider figuarts. But it is very nice figure. I wont break unless you miss use the item. ^^

in some of the pictures of luffy they had him with Aces hands, the calm splayed open hands. Though I think that Ace is the stronger of the 2, he has so much more going on for him in the translucent plastic. I would have liked to see luffy have bendie stretched arms rather than a giant fist.
