My parents are from the former Jugoslavija and I have to say we grew up with friends and extended family from all parts of Jugoslavija from different religious backgrounds, and we continue to all keep in touch. Ongoing finger pointing as to who is to blame only continues to bring the whole balkan region down. The spirit of what was the Sarajevo Games and Jugoslavijia is now diminished by the comments below. Let's just appreciate what it was and what it brought to people/world at that time.

You must live in the Republic of Srpska, where nothing is looked upon as the Serbs fault. Okay Genius, tell me why the Serbs surrounded Sarajevo? 1. When you take out the capital it is then looked upon that the whole country is then taken over, more land. 2. Did the citizens ask for genocide, or to be oppressed and live in fear for their lives?
