Anyone who's a BNL fan has to be a Rush fan.

It is not much of a secret that BNL are Rush fans. On their CD "Gordon", BNL played loving tribute to Rush in the song "Grade 9". Towards the end of the song, they played the drum break from "Tom Sawyer" followed by the chorus of "Grade 9", then the "Snoopy" song, and the guitar riff from "Spirit of Radio".

After the Asian tsunami, Ed Robertson, and "Bubbles" (from Trailer Park Boys) joined Rush for a special recording of "Closer to the Heart".

Hell yeah!!! New respect for BNL. This actually reminds me of my band at our rehearsals... one of us will start playing a rush riff, and the rest of us just jump in and jam on Rush-tunes for an hour or so. I think 90 percent of any one who's played in a rock band has rocked out to Rush at least a few times!
