I dont care for the buddah thing but i sure want the wooden drum they play. cant find that crap here in Los angeles, I may just have to jack a monk. Just so i can have one.
One time I come accross a buddhist monk within the streets of pyongtaek, I was five years old at time, I took my hands together in a prayer form and bowed my head to the monk. Guess what the guy gave 1000 won. Lol I was so excited...
How/Where can I find traditional meditation music from Korea, just like these videos. I have taken Korean Language Classes In faculty and fell in love with this music. I have a few songs but would like more. Thank you!
Nice video - it shows that the inner mind is not limited to itself - but can encompass the universe and the self all rolled into one - the self. Why cant everybody just get along...thank you.
Korean and Chinese are totally different languages. Korean language belong to Altaic language group and Japanese language came from Korean peninsula in ancient time. I mean Japanese language also belong to Altaic group if Korean belong to Altaic one.
Yet the Chinese and Japanese share many characters within their language systems, and the Koreans separated from the Chinese character system altogether and developed their own in speaking and writing (from character symbolization to an alphabetical system), thus differentiating their race even further from both the Chinese and Japanese.
The race and language system isn't even comparable, one ethnic group can adopt other ethnic group that is unrelated. Japanese still is related to Korean as of ancient times till modern times.
