my nephew had ruined his life with this kind of bad habit.....Philippines has lots of laws with regards to smoking but they are not being implemented.....the government doesn't really care anyone's health unlike in other countries like the United States in which a minor could not buy a cigarette in any store.......

They need a law to ban kids smoking especially if they are still under the wings of their parents. Teachers should also educate their students about cancer and the many bad effects of cigarrettes. Education!!! Education!!!!They need that soooooo bad.................
