Perhaps Ascension is somewhat of an evaporation of our respective protoplasm? We might be moving through Ascension and Descension repeatedly and be calling it reincarnation. A note on Descending, I use it in the mathematical sense, e.g. a series arranged according to descending powers of frequency, i.e. energy forming itself into matter.

I just wanted to point out a few things for the viewers. Some people seem to be confused about frequency which is obvious when they say "lower your frequency" as if your frequency goes up and down like a yo-yo. Once your body raises to a higher level of frequency, you can only raise it higher from that point or stay at that same level. Also, emotions and expressing your truth can play a significant role in the process of raising your frequency. Just wanted to clarify those points.

@351conan Ascension isn't about the death of the ego. You will still have ego even after ascend...just not to the degree that you have now. Listen to your thoughts...you might have some things you need to resolve. Even dark thoughts have a purpose so don't feel bad for having them...just reconcile with them and learn to get yourself in a better place. You have to find what works best for you, for some it might be meditation, for others clearings and groundings...or just going out in nature.

Of course then you need to wonder, what is the definition of a brain... is it something only certain creatures have, or does every creature, even single celled organisms have some sort of "brain" like function working within them.

However, I am also a physicist, and I have to say that what we refer to in mathematics as the 5th dimension is a bit different than what I think you understand it to be.
The thoughts in your video are ones I have shared many a time. It is nice to come on the internet and find out someone has independently come to the same conclusion. It makes you wonder about a deeper connection.
ORRRRRRRRRRRRR, they area doing it for the "experience." Ascension will occur in 11:11 Dec 21 2012 it is not doomsday. it is the day of enlightenment... you will become one with your higher self. We will be perfect, almost as powerful as god. our mind can create anything on command. we will ascend.
It seems as though the information I am trying to give you may not be relative, as each being should follow their own path of guidance, there seems to be no "practical" way to ascend. My best advice with my current understanding is to learn how to communicate with your higher self, and your true heart, not your heart chakra, your true heart. Some concepts cannot be put into words, such as communicating with your higher self, as your higher self may speak to you in different subtle ways. It is up to you to learn and discover "how" to do it. We are here to enjoy existence, simple as that. So express gratitude and unconditional love for the source, magenta, god, the essence of all, or however you choose to define it.
I am still learning to Ascend myself, I am not sure if it is fully a self induced process, or requires "external" help. External being relative that is, even though we are all connected. With my current knowledge, ascension is done with intent, unconditional love, practice, and patience. Thank you, i know it seems like a fable but i believe that it is possible. Read the book flatland, it talks about the life of two dimensional beings who have no concept of the third, i think we are on the same boat and cannot comprehend the 5th dimension. Man i love this stuff with all my heart, but we have to smarten up all this is, is a fantasy that's really touched the heart's and minds of many people. It's just an idea which has caused alot of people to focus their energy on and so it has grown. I am a man of faith, and I have to say, conceptually I full and deeply agree with your statements.
However, I am also a physicist, and I have to say that what we refer to in mathematics as the 5th dimension is a bit different than what I think you understand it to be.

Or they are ascending because they actually "apply" and "follow" the teachings of Jesus and it happens naturally, then they understand on an intuitive level what is happening. It seems as though the information I am trying to give you may not be relative, as each being should follow their own path of guidance, there seems to be no "practical" way to ascend. My best advice with my current understanding is to learn how to communicate with your higher self, and your true heart, not your heart chakra, your true heart. That is the only thing that will ultimately guide you on your path of ascension. Also, simply live in the moment, and enjoy it as much as possible.

Some concepts cannot be put into words, such as communicating with your higher self, as your higher self may speak to you in different subtle ways. It is up to you to learn and discover "how" to do it. I am still learning to Ascend myself, I am not sure if it is fully a self induced process, or requires "external" help. External being relative that is, even though we are all connected. With my current knowledge, ascension is done with intent, unconditional love, practice, and patience. If you are looking for a more practical answer, you ascend when you raise your vibration to a sufficient level, and develop a certain control and understanding of your thoughts and emotions.
