Can I use applesauce or vinegar to replace the eggs since I don't have milled flax seed. I use applesauce and vinegar for cakes. Thank you.

Just and FYI, standard sugar is not vegan. Not here in the USA anyway - it is ran through bone char. To make this truly vegan you will want to use vegan sugar or research your sugar brand. Other than that- this looks deliciously cruelty free!
