many southerners in that generation used the N word without any derogatory meaning to it, and there was no political correctness to forbid the use of the N word at that time. If you listen to the content, rather than the outdated language, then you'll see he didn't say anything against black people. He's talking about the difficulty of passing a vote act that would actually help black people.
LBJ and Robert Byrd were 2 peas in a pod. The CRA happened because LBJ knew it would cause Blacks to vote for the Democratic Party and it did to this day.look at all the big. He was just a racist who loved his party. However, it was a law needed for 200 years and its too bad he gets the credit for it. Rot in hell POS.
"You are still offering zero proof to back up your statements." You have the burden of proof as you made the initial claim that whites invented racism 500 years ago. So why don't you prove that?.. About Africa and it's history: None of that matters now, does it? Because look at them now. People compete with each other for superiority, which involves killing. Without war, their'd be overpopulation, don't you think?
@MrHaircut1 I proved my claim again and again because the simple fact is that there is no racism in the ancient world. The Greeks and Romans never had a negative thing to say about black people or any other race. It matters because all races have had their moment in the sun. You can’t look at history and say any race was superior to any other race. There is no war going on in Europe, but the population is decreasing so idk about the last comment.
I'm done with you. You don't like your country or the white race to the point of believing that they invented hatred of other races, are mostly evil and that the successful are to blame for drug dealers being in jail? It's about time for you to go find another place to make your home, don't you think?
@infox1000 How would I know what your country is when you haven't told me, dummy. If it's not The U.S., I dont care. But it would make sense that you'd be whining about the U.S. if in fact you're not from here. Nobody cares what you think. You mean nothing to us. Just someone else we have to defend against... Don't pity me. I live in a nice house, drive a nice car, have a lovely family and take advantage of the freedoms my country allows me to have. My only problem is keeping people like you out
@MrHaircut1 Well, why you would even assume that I don’t like my country if you don’t know what my country is, dummy. And if your problem is to keeping people like me out (the people willing to criticize America’s flaws) then you do have a problem and it’s no wonder that the U.S. is in the shape it is in today, falling behind Asia and possibly even some African nations.
@infox1000 Because I assumed you were American, as I mentioned it earlier and you didn't say you were not. And you're not pointing out flaws, you're accusing whites of inventing racism and oppressing the world. The Occupy Wall Street "movement" is not supported by most Americans and most of the "protestors" aren't even there to protest. There is no movement. It's a bunch of hippies and spoiled kids trying to get something for nothing, much like you.
@infox1000 I know more about it than you do. I've been down there myself, I've watched countless videos of interviews of these "protestors" and read many articles about the whole stupid spectacle. It's a stupid thing and they will never get anything done. If they want change they need to get off their asses and get to work like everyone else instead of basically begging for financial help, asking the rich to give them some of their money. Morons.
@MrHaircut1 Your sentence needs to be clearer? What did I believe was the English version? Are you talking about “genius” the word you misspelled while trying to patronize me?
All you have to do is look no further than the current continent of Africa or the iddle East to see that the cold, hard fact is that some races, some people, some countries, are better than others. They contribute more to the world than others. Clearly Europe and The United States are better than these other primitive areas of the world. If you can't accept that then your mind is owned by leftist, socialist, communist, propaganda. The rich aren't to blame. They earned their money. You're envious
@MrHaircut1 The problem with that statement is that looking at Africa today is to look at a continent that has been exploited and raped for 500 years. Africa was actually more advanced that Europe during most of history. I mean let’s look at the Middle Ages. While Europe was the dark ages, Ghana, Mali, and Songhai were probably the wealthiest kingdoms of that day. And Sankore was once the world’s leading university.
@MrHaircut1 Europeans are the last people to enter to world history. So the whole theory that some races are better than others is wrong. In reality it’s that some races have managed to dominate other wars and oppress other races, but all in all, all races have their monumental achievements in history.
@infox1000 "In reality it’s that some races have managed to dominate other wars and oppress other races" And thats what makes them better. Providing a good life for their families and their people. If you have to kill others to obtain that, so be it. It's necessary. That's the way things are. You've been made soft and just cant wrap your head around anything that isn't in support of nurturing and pleasuring everyone. That's not real life. The world is a cold, hard place. It involves pain. Grow.
@MrHaircut1 "The world is a cold, hard place. It involves pain."
I pity you really. You’re outlook of the world is so depressing and pathetic. And it displays a very ethnocentric perception because you assume that the entire world thinks the way you think. In most cultures, killing in seen as wrong.
That is the original English spelling of the word, dingbat. And white people did not invent racism 500 years ago, you lunatic. You don't have to know whether or not the Romans used racial slurs to know people have judged people based on race for longer than 500 years. I can't even believe I'm having to tell you this.
@MrHaircut1"People who spell genius, genious, are most certainly not geniuses." :) from urban dictionary and as for you second statement "white people did not invent racism 500 years ago" You are still offering zero proof to back up your statements. Give me evidence of racism in the ancient world. You can’t do it because it never existed until recently. The Greeks and Romans had great respect for the Ethiopians (black Africans).
... for drugs. You think these people should be on the streets? These people are punishing themselves and getting what they deserve. It's up to them what their lives can become. The top 1% pays 40% of the taxes. They pay for the roads you drive on and many other services you take for granted, you ingrate. Stop whining. There's no limit to the money that you can make in this country.
@MrHaircut1 So they have more than 90% of the wealthy but only pay 40% of the taxes. This is exactly why America is on the decline. The rich get richer from draining it from the poorer people. And fools like you defend this as good system while America is falling debt to countries like communist China.
I find it very revealing that suddenly you’re getting al defensive of “the white man and accusing me of being a racist for pointing out the facts. The fact is that for the last 500 years Europeans have oppressed Africans. You accusing me of hating white people will not change this fact.
And I find it conflicting that you care about your country, but you don’t care enough to study your country’s history. Or any history for that matter. If you don't read then clearly the only knowlegde you have is the stuff that you're makng up or stuff that you've heard from other people.
... It's offensive now because referring to them as that is to compare them to what they used to be. But the fact is, that is what they used to be. You've been fed a lot of propaganda about blacks... Who? George Washington Carver? If he wasn't black do you think he would be as famous as he is for doing things with the peanut? Nope. It's a minor accomplishment that is glorified and trumped up to give blacks a sense of self-worth...
@MrHaircut1 George Washington Carver? Lol you’re right he’s glorified because he didn’t do a damn thing. Other black people men such as Booker T. Washington, Du Bois, Garvey, Benjamin Bradley, T. Thomas Fortune, and Hubert Henry Harrison are rarely mentioned in the mainstream. If anyone has been fed propaganda its you.
@infox1000 I've heard of those people just as much as I've heard of any other mediocre writers, scholars and fairly insignificant people in American history. And it doesn't matter because the vast majority of blacks weren't doing shit for the country in 1908. And that is why they weren't liked. I'm not saying it's right, considering they were just coming out of slavery, but I'm saying it's more complicated than simply saying that whites are racist and evil.
@MrHaircut1 That had nothing to do with why they weren’t like and Du Bois and Booker were far from insignificant. Most of the people I mentioned were even smarter than most whites were at this time. The fact is that whites were simply racist and they didn’t care how smart or how much a black man contributed to society. Booker was far more intelligent and successful than Ulrich. It didn’t stop Ulrich from beating Booker and then getting away with it.
@MrHaircut1 "I've heard of those people just as much as I've heard of any other mediocre writers, scholars and fairly insignificant people in American history." I doubt that because no none of the people I listed are mediocre or insignificant, unless you’re looking at American history through a racist lens.
@infox1000 You're racist against the white race, are you not?
Who gives a shit about "Booker" and "Ulrich"? Insignificant in the grand scheme. He who survives, wins. He who survives, lives. Survival of the fittest. Grow a pair and stop whining about the way people are treated. If the mistreated were worth a damn, they wouldn't let themselves be treated that way. It's no one's responsibility to treat anyone the way YOU think they should be treated. People will either succeed or they won't.
@MrHaircut1 You don’t care because you’re just too ignorant about history. You completely missed by point which was that Booker T. Washington was one of the brightest minds in America, black or white, yet because he was black he got treated as an inferior. And your logic is basically whoever has the biggest gun gets to do whatever they want. In your world it’s not the smartest people who rule, but the guy with the most brute force. That type of thinking has never worked in history.
@MrHaircut1 “ If the mistreated were worth a damn, they wouldn't let themselves be treated that way”
So you’re saying if an abused child was worth a damn he wouldn’t allow himself to get abused? I don’t know what kind of sick mindset you have, but most normal people will agree that everyone deserves some level of basic human rights. Then again you're probably one of those world conquest thinking type people aren't you?
@infox1000 We're not talking about children though are we? We're talking about men... I don't care about your drivel because it's insignificant past bullshit. You're looking only backwards, not forward. I didn't miss any so-called point about your hero Booker. My logic is not about "whoever has the biggest gun" or "brute force". It's survival of the fittest, which would include, to a degree, intelligence, among other factors. "That type of thinking has never worked in history". Wow...
@MrHaircut1 We’re talking about the powerless vs. those with power. My point with Booker was that he was an intelligent black man in an American system that was oppressive to black people for no other reason but to exploit them. You accusing me of looking to the past just demonstrates how ignorant you must be about world history. No one can truly understand the present without knowledge of the past.
@infox1000 All your doing is whining. It does nothing. What's your point? That if everyone whines enough about what they don't like about the world that it will change? It doesn't work like that. Your consciousness is very limited. Anybody who goes on like this about "racism" is an idiot, I'm sorry. It doesn't matter what you think, survival of the fittest trumps all. It is not as significant and vital as you think to have a full understanding of the past....
@MrHaircut1 You may call it whining, but what I’m really doing is just demonstrating how ignorant you are about American history. I can just as easily say, “anybody who believes X is an idiot” but I much rather but forward and argument that has substance. And if understanding the past is not important why the hell were you just asking about influential black people in the 1908? Obviously you care enough about the past to ask me questions about it.
@MrHaircut1 And I’m not trying to change the world. I’m having a conversation over youtube. There’s a difference between survival of the fittest and imperial nations that try to conquer and impose their will on other people, but to understand this one would need to understand history.
@infox1000 ..I know enough about the history of the human race to understand people. After that, it's predictable, learning what people have done. Once you have an understanding of humans, there is no need for excessive research and study for that is all you need to understand the present and what the future can be....You have basically said that “anybody who believes X is an idiot”. You haven't formulated any logical arguments to support your claims. I didn't say any understanding of the past..
@MrHaircut1 And which claims I have a not supported. I demonstrated that America’s racism had nothing to do with how smart black people were or how much they contributed. I demonstrated that your understanding of the slave trade was extremely shallow and I demonstrated that black people made significant contributions to American society before 1908. You have yet to refute anything I’ve said.
... is unimportant. And I wasn't asking you because I thought you would give me some significant information. I knew the answer and wanted to see what you would say. I know there are no relatively important blacks from that time period, despite your worship for them. "Imperial nations". Oh you are just so oppressed aren't you. Let me ask you a question? Do you support yourself or do your parents help you?
@MrHaircut1 "I know there are no relatively important blacks from that time period, despite your worship for them.” Booker changed the school system in America, without Bradley there would’ve been no steam powered warships, and I think a cure for smallpox is pretty important. I don’t have to worship these people to know that they made huge contributions to America. You keep showing me just how much you actually don't know.
@MrHaircut1 “Oh you are just so oppressed aren't you”
This type of statement is typical for a man with no real argument. I never claimed to be oppressed, nor is this conversation even about me personally. How about you actually try to refute my arguments rather than changing the topic every time you post.
@infox1000 You are the one changing the subject from racism. Where I've gone with this is deeper into the cause of the previous subject. By bringing up "imperial nations", are you not changing the subject? You are implying that everyone is oppressed. What else is your point of brining that up when I mention survival of the fittest? How about you try to refute my argument that people are better off not blaming other people for their lack of success? It distracts and uses energy that is better...
@MrHaircut1 No because imperial nations actually fits into the discussion of racism. Racism developed as a justification of European imperialism. I never implied that everyone was oppressed, but you’re making a habit out of misrepresenting my arguments. And I never argued against that last statement in the first place. Please do try to pay attention to what I’m arguing against and what I’m not.
... off used in the drive to succeed. Ask Bill Cosby about how racism affected him? He is a millionaire. Stop whining and get over it. All you're doing is keeping racial hatred alive when you talk about how whites have oppressed everyone. It's over. It's history. I started out with nothing and started my own business and now have a great life that I love. So I know what it takes to succeed and I know that if I had kept whining about people oppressing me, I wouldn't have been able to do it.
@MrHaircut1 What I’m doing is being realistic. Racial hatred never left. Look at what happened to Rodney King, Oscar Grant, Skip Gates, and Sean Bell. People like you try to act like racism has magically disappeared because actors like Bill Cosby are rich. And it’s not over. Oppression still goes on. Just look at the continue exploitation of Africa’s resources by America companies. Pretending that oppression doesn't exist doesn't make it go away.
@infox1000 Whining about it won't make it go away either. That's "realistic". Hatred will always exist. That's realistic. Racism will always exist. It is a function of humans sharing an environment with humans of other races. That is realistic. My point is not that racism doesn't exist. It is that spreading propaganda about it and the white man will not help anyone have better lives. If you truly care about anyone and their quality of lives, you'd have realized that by now. Stop giving...
@MrHaircut1 Racism is actually a fairly new concept within the human race. Most people believe that racism has always existed, but like I said racism was really only invented within the last 500 years when Europeans were looking to justify their actions. In the ancient world (Egypt, Greece, Rome, Nubia, ect.) people didn’t judge each other based on skin color.
@infox1000 "Racism is actually a fairly new concept within the human race. Most people believe that racism has always existed, but like I said racism was really only invented within the last 500 years when Europeans were looking to justify their actions." Wow. Actually fear of the unknown, which is what hatred of those different than us is based on, is a basic part of human nature. You think you know when racism was "invented"?? That's ignorant. "Suddenly you're getting defensive"...
@MrHaircut1 It’s that that I think I know, just look at history. Prior to the 15th century people didn’t slander each other based on race or skin color. And people didn’t divide themselves based on skin color. These are all fairly new concepts.
@infox1000 No, they didnt slander each other. They just slaughtered each other. Nothing is going over my head, dummy. Nothing you're saying supports your claims. You're accusing the people who have provided a country, society, industry, government and relative free way of life of being evil. You're the ultimate ingrate ignoramous. Move out of your mother's house and find out what it's like to be responsible for yourself. Maybe then you won't be such a pussy-ass whiner.
@MrHaircut1 “You're accusing the people who have provided a country, society, industry, government and relative free way of life of being evil.”
No, I’m accusing people who have engaged in centuries of genocide and slavery of being evil because that type of behavior is evil. Please save your straw man arguments for someone who can’t tell when you’re trying to misrepresent their arguments.
@infox1000 And those same people have provided a country, society, industry, gov't and relative free way of life. Ignore that all you want, it won't go away. Finally, you admitted that you think white people are evil. That makes you a racist. "That type of behavior is evil". Provide a logical argument showing how this is true. Secondly, those acts of "evil" are what led to everything I previously described. The United States and the freedoms you take for granted. That kind of thing is necessary.
@MrHaircut1 "Finally, you admitted that you think white people are evil."
It's sad how you're trying so hard to accuse of me of racism then you turn a statement like "That type of behavior is evil" into "white people are evil" It's pretty clear that your simple mind only thinks in terms of you hearing what you want to hear. No wonder you think everything is "propaganda"
@infox1000 You're calling the behavior of the past 500 years of a single race evil, but you're not calling that race evil eh?...
And who are the majority of those incarcerated? But they're just in jail because the white man is evil right? They're not free because they violated the rules of freedom. Freedom doesn't mean lawlessness. I take advantage and enjoy the freedoms and opportunities everyday here and have a great life because I've worked to earn it instead of whine about it...
@MrHaircut1 No, because the entire race is not engaged in that behavior. I certainly never compared white people to dogs.
The majority of the people who are jailed come from low income neighborhoods or they are drug users, which means that America’s jail system is essentially punishing the people who are already at the bottom of society. This also plays into the fact that majority of the wealth is in the hands of the few.
@infox1000 "The majority of the people who are jailed come from low income neighborhoods or they are drug users, which means that America’s jail system is essentially punishing the people who are already at the bottom of society." And? That's the way it should be. Survival of the fittest. Why should I care about what's happening to the lowest, most dangerous, least contributing people in the country? You're defending drug dealers and users, people who deal to children and will rob and kill...
@MrHaircut1 So you’re saying a society should give all of the wealth to a few people and then jail those who are given the least amount of opportunities? Also do you realize how much the prison system and drug users contribute to America? Jailing drug offender has become a serious economic interest in America. You should care about the lower class simply because America's economy is built on exploiting them. There can be no rich people without poor people after all.
@MrHaircut1 "United States and the freedoms you take for granted" Yes because the United States is such a great place that the US has the highest incarceration rate of any country, a system in which 1% controls more than 90% of the wealth, and no free health care…not to mention the pointless wars..
@infox1000 "This is true but the fighting was never over any notions of one race being better than another race, which proves you missed my point." No it doesn't prove that. And you have no point. You apparently aren't aware that what people look like, meaning largely what race they are, plays a huge part in how people have always judged other people because whern people look to expand their conquest, they inevitably are faced against other races and will always see themselves as being better...
@MrHaircut1 How about you use examples to argue your case. Show me proof of anytime of racism in the ancient world; Greece, Rome, Egypt, Nubia, Persia… Name an example of racism or racial prejudice. Because when the Romans (white people) tangled with the Nubians (black people) both sides showed mutual respect for each other when the conflict was over. They had no prejudices against each other.
@MrHaircut1 Back then people indentified more by nation than race. They didn’t go to war over skin color. It was one nation going to war against another nation. When Rome conquered European nations they didn’t view themselves as white people conquering other whites. Physical appearance was not important when it came to war back then.
@infox1000 That's how it is now, genious. Whites don't go to war with other countries over skin color. But in the past, when there were empires and dynasties, they were facing regions of the world which ties in more with race and ethnicity than modern countries do.
@MrHaircut1 First of all its genius not genious. If you’re going to be patronizing at least spell the word the right way. Second, you still offered no proof that people harbored racist attitudes in the ancient world. Rome absolutely hated Carthage, but they never once use a racial slur against the people of Carthage. There was no white supremacy or black supremacy ideologies back then.
@MrHaircut1 You’re only accusing me of ignorance because you haven’t studied history enough to understand what I’m talking about. In other words, everything I’m saying is going over your head.
...Actually I'm just matching your offensive hatred for people more successful than you. "Europeans have oppressed Africans". All they've done is take advantage of their inferiority. Do you see dogs as being oppressed by humans? People, like other animals, have places in the world. Water finds it's own level. Your propaganda tells you that everyone is equal or should be but that is wrong and extremely stupid.
@MrHaircut1 You’re accusing me of racism when I have not said anything hateful against white people, or anyone for that matter.. You on the other hand are now calling African people inferior. Well since you think black people are inferior, please tell me. In what way have black people been inferior to whites prior to European oppression of Africans in the 1440s?
@MrHaircut1 "Do you see dogs as being oppressed by humans?"
No, because dogs are for the most part mindless animals. But surely you're not trying to tell me that black people are like dogs. That would be the most ignorant thing you've said yet.
@infox1000 "No, because dogs are for the most part mindless animals. But surely you're not trying to tell me that black people are like dogs." I knew you would try to go there. You missed the point.
... people an excuse to not do things for themselves. If Bill Cosby had listened and subscribed to your staement "The last 500+ years of history has been the oppression of African people by Europeans." he would not be where he is today. That is my point. And that is a better subject of conversation than blaming whites for all that's wrong with blacks. Because I'm talking about being "realistic" and taking responsibility for one's life. Why don't you stop dancing around that subject?
@MrHaircut1 And m hero Booker? Why do you jump to these ignorant conclusions? At no time did I refer to him as my hero. Your logic is based mostly on ignorance because it’s very clear that you have a lot more to study regarding race relations in America.
...They weren't liked back then because they weren't likeable. They were only useful as slaves, to these people. Once they were unable to have them pick their cotton for free, they became a serious problem for the whole Southern economy and society. It was completely natural for them to be disliked in the South. You shouldn't blame these people for not liking them and using the word "nigger" in reference to them. The word didn't mean the same thing that it does now....
@MrHaircut1 Your understanding of history is pathetic. The word nigger came about as a way to dehumanize black people because that’s what slavery was. African slaves were treated more like animals than people and the constitution even refers to black people as 3/5 of a person. Racist white people disliking blacks had nothing to with how useful blacks were, It had everything to do with the fact that white people were just racist. They oppressed a race of people that did nothing to them.
@infox1000 Are you even aware that Africans enslaved their own people and sold them to whites? It wasn't about "oppressing" anybody. It was dollars and cents. They were already slaves in Africa. That's what they were. "Racist white people". So stupid. Yeah, a whole race of people for some reason just decided to keep another race down for no good reason right? Just pure evil? Post-slavery, blacks weren't liked because their "freedom" was the cause of the entire collapsed Southern economy.
@MrHaircut1 That’s a very watered down version of history. Slavery in Africa worked much differently than slavery in America and the slave trade began through a series of slave raids. Are you aware of the many African rulers who fought against the slave trade? Are you also aware that after slavery was abolished, nearly the entire continent was colonized and oppressed by Europeans? The Europeans enslaved Africans within Africa.
@MrHaircut1 It was about oppressing African people to steal their mineral and human resources and as a result millions upon millions of Africans were murdered. Racism had nothing to do with whether or not black people were useful in American society. America had already decided to not accept black people, regardless of how intelligent they were.
@infox1000 No, the conversation is about more than that because the root causes and origins are more important.... Yes, I'm aware of all of the insignificant rhetoric you're repeating. It doesn't matter. It's called conquest. It's competing to obtain the best possible life for yourself and your own people. It's completely natural and biological. Your idealism about how people should be treated is insignificant within the framework of the execution of the agenda of human nature.
@MrHaircut1 When they arrived the Americas and in Africa they were welcomed with open arms and treated as guests. They did turned on their hospitable host and conquered them. Of course, you probably neglected that chapter in history. Africans didn’t seek out Europeans to sell them slaves, but the Europeans did seek to gain slaves, using whatever means necessary. They had no respect for African culture, even though the Africans gave them respect.
@MrHaircut1 You’re defending European crimes by saying that it was human nature when the fact is that it’s not in the nature of all humans to want to conqueror and dominate others. The Europeans took advantage of the fact that most of the people that they conquered were really only looking to seek peace with the Europeans.
@infox1000 I'm trying to get through to you that I don't care. Everyone has their own problems. If you dealt with and handled your own shit, you wouldn't have the time or energy to be such a crusader against the way people are treated by other people. It shouldn't matter to you so much. It's none of your business. It's not your responsibility. Worry about yourself, your family and your own people.
@MrHaircut1 If you don’t care then why are you even responding to me still? And how did we go to a conversation about race in 1960s America to your rants about why people need to be selfish and only care about themselves? If you want my advice you need to stop accusing other people of buying propaganda and read some books. Then we might be able to have a more intelligent conversation.
@infox1000 I'm responding to you still because I care about this issue and this country. What I don't care about is the past mistreatings of insignificant people. Insignificant to the present and insignificant to the future. Books ARE propaganda. Your assuming that because someone has written a book, they must be an authority on something and you believe everything you read. All you need is your own mind and observable reality to see what's significant. You're not intelligent. You are taught.
@MrHaircut1 “Books ARE propaganda” So are you telling me you never read? Books are a tool for learning. People just don’t pull information out of thin air. People gain knowledge through reading and research. When you told me that Africans sold their slaves to white people, you clearly had to have learned that from somewhere. You didn’t come to that conclusion on your own. Now had you read more, you would realease that your statement was actually propaganda.
@infox1000 I'm not saying that I've never read. I'm saying that it is very easy for impressionable people to be misled by what they read or hear and have an attitude towards books and authors that their opinions must be correct because they are in a book.... Why do you think I haven't studied my country's history? There comes a point when obtaining knowledge about history that you should begin to learn enough about people involved in the history to develop an understanding of people in general.
@MrHaircut1 Well you’re the one who said that books are propaganda and I find it ironic that this whole time you’ve been accusing me of buying propaganda, when everything you’ve told me is pretty much propaganda. And I don’t think you’ve studied your countries history because frankly I think you have a poor understanding of history in general.
@infox1000 What have I said about history that has been inaccurate? I've hardly stated facts about history because of my knowledge of the relative insignificance of many historical facts, in reference to "racism". This is illustrated by your cherry picking of history to make the white man look like evil and the blacks look like oppressed by only the white man.... No you did NOT demonstrate that black people made significant contributions to society before 1908, especially relative to whites.
@MrHaircut1 Well just about everything you said regarding the slave trade was half truth. And I find it sad that you’re referring to me using actual examples as “cherry picking.” I have yet to see you give specific examples to support your argument. I already listed some of the those contributions to society before 1908. It’s not my fault you skipped over the comments that don’t support your vision of history.
@infox1000 I haven't heard you try to refute my accusation that you believe whites are evil so it is very difficult for me to take you seriously as someone I should use much energy on. All I said about the slave trade is that blacks were enslaved by their own people and sold to whites. You wouldn't even acknowledge that. All you could say was that some of the blacks fought against that enslavement. You are so racist against whites that it's pathetic. You haven't even refuted that.
@MrHaircut1 Why would I even need to refute such nonsense to begin with? I haven’t accused you of anything, so why is it you feel the need to hurl accusations of being a racist. What’s pathetic is your need to resort to unfounded slavery when you lack a better argument.
@MrHaircut1 As far as the slave trade goes, for the first few decades it was Europeans going into Africa and raiding villages to get the slaves. But you failed to mention that. You failed to acknowledge that the first slave castle that was built in Africa was built against the will of King Ansa. My point is that Africans were literally forced into the slave trade during the early part of the slave trade.
@MrHaircut1 And I don’t have to cherry pick history. The last 500+ years of history has been the oppression of African people by Europeans. Now if you have an argument that proves otherwise state it or concede, but quit dancing around the topic.
... accountable and responsible for themselves, their behavior, and their effect and influence on society just like anyone else. They don't get a free pass just because they were once enslaved. It's time to grow up and take responsibility for ourselves. Stop worrying about who's "racist". It doesn't matter. You're giving "racism" attention. Who cares if LBJ was "racist". It's the past. Worry about the future. Be something in your lives, contribute to society and the "racism" will go away.
@MrHaircut1 I’m always amused at how some self-righteous people will go off into rants about things that have nothing to do with the discussion. LBJ’s racism matters because that is the topic of discussion on this video and it matters because it gives on a better understanding of history. Everything else that you're saying is pointless to the discussion. But the past does matter because one cannot understand the present without knowing the past.
@MrHaircut1 No, that's not what “they” were called back then. In the 60s nigger was a racial slur used to demean black people. LBJ was a racist and the only reason he got involve in civil rights was because he had to take over for JFK.
@infox1000 You don't know what you're talking about. This was the reality of his time. Blacks WERE niggers back then. You shouldn't be so easily offended by the use of words. They're just words. People can say whatever they want and you're gonna have a hell of a time in life trying to control what words people use. You're so owned by propaganda that you took offense to my use of the word "they". Someone can't say "they" about blacks without your racism radar going off? Blacks should be held...
@MrHaircut1 What I take offense to is your ignorance about how race worked back in the 60s. In the 60s nigger was considered an offensive term which was used to denote the inferiority of black people. LBJ was a southern racist and you should be ashamed for even trying to defend his racism by saying things like “that's what they were called back then” Are you also going to tell me lynching is okay too because “they were lynched back then”
@infox1000 "how race worked"? I'd say your pretty ignorant. "Southern racist"? Why'd you throw "southern" in there? Are you implying all Southerners are racist? Or does it just help your argument if you use that stereotype? To call a black person a nigger today, when there are blacks who are doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc is not the same thing as calling them that word at a time when they really did have a more inferior place in society, much closer to the time they were slaves....
@MrHaircut1 I threw southern in there because in the 60s the south was far more openly racist than the north was. Do you even understand what the civil rights movement of the 60s was about? It’s not a stereotype. It’s just the reality of how the south was during the Jim Crow era. And you’re last statement is pure idiocy. In the 60s there had already been black inventors, politicians, journalist, and scholars. Nigger had nothing to do with the social status of black people in society.
@infox1000 Yes, I do understand what the Civil Rights movement was about. Do you? You are only repeating the propaganda that public schools and pbs has told you. I'm not talking about just "the 60's", your go-to decade of glorification of liberal heroism. LBJ was born in 1908. If you want to talk about history and what's relevant to this topic, the fact that he grew up in the early 1900's is not something to ignore. What black inventors, politicians, journalists, and scholars were there in 1908?
@MrHaircut1 The conversation is about LBJ and the racial climate of the 60s. I don’t get why you keep wanting to change the topic. By the 1908 Benjamin Bradley had invented a steam engine that was large enough to power war ship and let’s not forget that the first smallpox inoculation was introduced by an African slave. There was also Du Bois and Booker Washington. By the 1908 black people had contributed much to America. The only one buying propaganda is you.
Shocking ignorance...."The word nigger came about as a way to dehumanize black people because that’s what slavery was. African slaves were treated more like animals than people and the constitution even refers to black people as 3/5 of a person. Racist white people disliking blacks had nothing to with how useful blacks were, It had everything to do with the fact that white people were just racist. They oppressed a race of people that did nothing to them."...
LBJ talked on the phone to Joseph McCarthy in 1966, on the assassination of President Diem of South Vietnam that happened on Nov. 1, 63.
"They started with me on Diem, you remember. He was corrupt and he ought to be killed. So, we killed him. We all got together and got a goddamn bunch of thugs, and we went in and assassinated him".
"we," "We", "we". LBJ implicated himself in assassination 3 times.
I hated Johnson the President but I agree with him here. If you have a $1.75 that's all it took to vote. Numbers show no discrimination. Further it should take more than that to vote.
Liberals try to make a nice dividing line between the "good" big government liberal wing and the "conservative" mean Southern wing of the Democratic Party in the 20th century, but the truth is they were hand in glove 1930s through 60s, as typified by LBJ.
This is the man who created the welfare state liberals love so much.
@RuflessRecords yeah, lets eliminate the pentagon which is the largest and most wasteful government institution.
No more US military, if china attacks the US each person should defend itself, no more socialist army. No more conservative hypocrites. No more welfare for the rich.
you gotta love white people lol never trust them lbj good for the fight against racism democrats the best choice for america. zzzzzzz what a crock of horse shit
And you'll never find anything like this on Reagan, who of course gets called racist all the time by stupid leftwingers. They make a big deal of him referring to colored people or negro or something on Youtube, old-time non-racist terminology.
And this bastard had the gall to run attack ads against Goldwater tying him to the KKK. What a disgusting hypocrite! It amazes me how to this very day Democrats continually project their own racial guilt and hate onto their opponents. People are quick to forget that segregation and other forms of institutionalized racism were inventions of the left.
@RuflessRecords but reagan supported south africa's apartheid and gave a speech using codes words in philadelphia Miss were 3 Blacks were killed... and he ate grapes on TV while there was a nationwide boycott and he introduced in the media words like welfare queen in a cadillac and on and on, did I say that he supported south africa's apartheid? He was a war criminal that should have been brought to a world court like it happened to some nazis. He was condemned by the world court for terrorism.
@trollamenos no he didn't. The roots of the "CIA gave cocaine to blacks" urban myth lie in the fact that the CIA aided anti-Communists in Nicarauga who allegedly also sold drugs on the side.
This aid to anti-Communists has been converted into "we introduced cocaine", which is complete BS.
@RuflessRecords Thats is because he should have more sense than to still be using that word. He has been in hollywood and politics, he knew that you do not use the word negro anymore. When white people use it, it is a way to keep blacks in a certain place. He knew what he was doing when he said it.
@mspinkytee nope, for people of Reagan's generation that was just fine, unlike nigger which was an insult even back then.
For all people born before 1930 who use the term "negro", they all have been issued passes, and a full pardon. Now, go tell a friend an anecdote about how great Reagan was.
@102LBC I don't suppose a mother fucker like you, with a penchant now and then for the family dog, can explain just exactly what the co-conspirators meant about Connally blocking a bullet for JFK. Just try it.
@102LBC And since you do not deny Hale Boggs said it, his words prove the conspiracy did happen. Not to mention the co-conspirators, Hoover & LBJ, talking about how Connally blocked a bullet - even though you say it was only a lone rear assassin.
Stop trying to screw your pet dog. That's why your mommy spreads her legs for you.
@102LBC The use of the word "they" is obvious. Hoover & LBJ were co-conspirators. LBJ saying he did not know of everyone involved, automatically excludes Oswald as a lone gunman. Helen Thomas is a credible journalist. She said both Hoover & LBJ and others were at Murchison's home, with CIA and mafia and Prescott Bush. DPD Jesse Curry already stated there was never any proof of Oswald with a gun in the window.
Don't drop your turd out of your diaper while changing it.
@102LBC I heard the tape of Hoover and LBJ saying the word "They" in reference to more than 1 assassin of Kennedy. This was 1 week after government (Hoover, LBJ, other crime figures) declared Oswald the lone gunman; killed him; buried him. Credible journalists do share the same view. Your non-credible twits do not.
Will you hurry up and change your diaper? It is stinking up the home. Mommy is furious at you.
@102LBC You're the asshole giving out disinformation. LBJ was in on the assassination of both presidents. Plenty of proof. Johnson was involved in many other murders.
Now, change your diaper. You mommy is waiting for it by the washer.
@102LBC No re-writing history. LBJ and the democrats watered down the 1957 Republican effort and made it somewhat useless. That is why it had to be done again in 64, but only after the democrats could take the credit. You're right about veto power.
However, Johnson was still involved in many murders, including JFK's. You can hear him say he was involved in the Diem assassination.
I'm not here to call out any1 or fight with any1 through our computers. Hella LAME. Yall need not justify what he said because no matter what time or where u grew up doesn't make it right. Did any of u alls parents teach u wrong is wrong and right is right. The way whomever uses the word tells us that they believe u r 2nd class, below them. Ding ding ding thats DISCRIMINATION. Please tell me who is better than the other, blk or wht, woman or man, gay or straight. Find Jesus and let the envy go
"When Lyndon arrived they all went into a conference room and you could just feel the atmosphere. When Lyndon came out... he was red in the face... he took my hand and said, 'Those god damned Kennedys will never embarrass me again. That's not a threat. That's a promise!'"
Well he's from Texas what do you think! Texas is like Saudi Arabia to me - no gay rights, highest death penalty rate in the world, and highest religious state more than the great state of California!
@10Faenor You can't go on that man. At time it was very difficult for many Americans to fathom that one person could be responsible for the assassination. Secondly, both Kennedy and Connally were hit, they maybe be assuming that separate gunmen targeted each of them. If you look at the video of the assassination; it's somewhere this site, you can see that 2 separate bullets went through Kennedy and into Connally. It's really obvious, but at that time in '63 they didn't have the tape to see it.
LBJ TAPES: Kennedy Assassination 1 (J. Edgar Hoover)
Remember the magic bullet we are told fell out of Connally's leg at the hospital? Before that conspirators version of lies was given to us, Hoover is telling Johnson the cover story will partly be the bullet fell out of JFK's head. 1st, Hoover said it was a splintered bullet, then a whole bullet. Same bullet or 2? Think!!! An entry / exit wound never leaves a bullet in you. It must go out the EXIT hole.
@William111061 Thanks for showing your ignorance, pal. Blanketing all Texans as racist based on what, movies you've seen or MSNBC? There's only one thing worse than a racist, and that's someone who plays the race card so flippantly.
@latinoheat361 So did Jefferson in fact he had children by this house maid, a black woman. She took the place of Jefferson's wife when she died. Thought they never married, the were together for many years til death did they part.
@localboy32 I suppose you think LBJ is not a murderer when he was responsible for sending his personal goon to commit murders in his name. He was also, by voice admission, part of the Diem of Vietnam assassination, just 21 days before he was part of the Kennedy assassination.
Now, pull your mom's rented dildo out of your stupid asshole and wipe it off, before she come home from her night job in the downtown alley. You don't want her to find out you tickled your butt with it again.
LBJ was flawed just like a lot of people. He was a bigot though not a racist, there's a difference. If he was a racist he would have never entertained the thought of passing civil rights legislation.
Yeah tell me about it. I wrote in an email that a fool who was acting a fool -was acting like an American Negro, I should've said N*ggah and he blasted it all over the Internet..one of those light skinned Negroes with a problem-passing for white..I guess I blew his cover-lol! In any event.. white boys, hispanics say "wassupmyniggah" all day long on the East Coast. Just fuggeddaboutitt!
can't you understand that there is nothing derogatory in word nigger, negro means black...but in today's america even the world black isn't allowed...in some time african american will be also bad word...but the words are not the problem...negro, black, african, it's all the same...how people use this words that matters...
LBJ was a Texan who grew up in ignorant times so to some extent I can understand why he used language like that. But for you small minded bigots to use Youtube to air your racist views is disgusting. @cdddraftman do not preach to any black person on their heritage and I know who my dad is. And dollarstorePWNRlol the civil rights act was passed in 1964 and black people have been lynched in the 21st century. The only retarded people round here are you fools that believe any race is superior
Typical democrat. Use them and then hide race.

Doesn't sound anything like Lyndon B Johnson
claton95 3 weeks ago
many southerners in that generation used the N word without any derogatory meaning to it, and there was no political correctness to forbid the use of the N word at that time. If you listen to the content, rather than the outdated language, then you'll see he didn't say anything against black people. He's talking about the difficulty of passing a vote act that would actually help black people.
cciemail 1 month ago

MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 I proved my claim again and again because the simple fact is that there is no racism in the ancient world. The Greeks and Romans never had a negative thing to say about black people or any other race. It matters because all races have had their moment in the sun. You can’t look at history and say any race was superior to any other race. There is no war going on in Europe, but the population is decreasing so idk about the last comment.
infox1000 1 month ago
I'm done with you. You don't like your country or the white race to the point of believing that they invented hatred of other races, are mostly evil and that the successful are to blame for drug dealers being in jail? It's about time for you to go find another place to make your home, don't you think?
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 I love my country actually. Of course you're so ignorant I highly doubt you know what my country is.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 How would I know what your country is when you haven't told me, dummy. If it's not The U.S., I dont care. But it would make sense that you'd be whining about the U.S. if in fact you're not from here. Nobody cares what you think. You mean nothing to us. Just someone else we have to defend against... Don't pity me. I live in a nice house, drive a nice car, have a lovely family and take advantage of the freedoms my country allows me to have. My only problem is keeping people like you out
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Well, why you would even assume that I don’t like my country if you don’t know what my country is, dummy. And if your problem is to keeping people like me out (the people willing to criticize America’s flaws) then you do have a problem and it’s no wonder that the U.S. is in the shape it is in today, falling behind Asia and possibly even some African nations.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 Because I assumed you were American, as I mentioned it earlier and you didn't say you were not. And you're not pointing out flaws, you're accusing whites of inventing racism and oppressing the world. The Occupy Wall Street "movement" is not supported by most Americans and most of the "protestors" aren't even there to protest. There is no movement. It's a bunch of hippies and spoiled kids trying to get something for nothing, much like you.

@MrHaircut1 "It's a bunch of hippies and spoiled kids trying to get something for nothing"

Morons.

MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 The problem with that statement is that looking at Africa today is to look at a continent that has been exploited and raped for 500 years. Africa was actually more advanced that Europe during most of history. I mean let’s look at the Middle Ages. While Europe was the dark ages, Ghana, Mali, and Songhai were probably the wealthiest kingdoms of that day. And Sankore was once the world’s leading university.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Europeans are the last people to enter to world history. So the whole theory that some races are better than others is wrong. In reality it’s that some races have managed to dominate other wars and oppress other races, but all in all, all races have their monumental achievements in history.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 "In reality it’s that some races have managed to dominate other wars and oppress other races" And thats what makes them better. Providing a good life for their families and their people. If you have to kill others to obtain that, so be it. It's necessary. That's the way things are. You've been made soft and just cant wrap your head around anything that isn't in support of nurturing and pleasuring everyone. That's not real life. The world is a cold, hard place. It involves pain. Grow.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 "The world is a cold, hard place. It involves pain."
I pity you really. You’re outlook of the world is so depressing and pathetic. And it displays a very ethnocentric perception because you assume that the entire world thinks the way you think. In most cultures, killing in seen as wrong.
infox1000 1 month ago
That is the original English spelling of the word, dingbat. And white people did not invent racism 500 years ago, you lunatic. You don't have to know whether or not the Romans used racial slurs to know people have judged people based on race for longer than 500 years. I can't even believe I'm having to tell you this.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1"People who spell genius, genious, are most certainly not geniuses." :) from urban dictionary and as for you second statement "white people did not invent racism 500 years ago" You are still offering zero proof to back up your statements. Give me evidence of racism in the ancient world. You can’t do it because it never existed until recently. The Greeks and Romans had great respect for the Ethiopians (black Africans).

There's no limit to the money that you can make in this country.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 So they have more than 90% of the wealthy but only pay 40% of the taxes. This is exactly why America is on the decline. The rich get richer from draining it from the poorer people. And fools like you defend this as good system while America is falling debt to countries like communist China.

infox1000 1 month ago
And that happened to Booker in the north where racism wasn’t as blatant.
infox1000 1 month ago
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 George Washington Carver? Lol you’re right he’s glorified because he didn’t do a damn thing. Other black people men such as Booker T. Washington, Du Bois, Garvey, Benjamin Bradley, T. Thomas Fortune, and Hubert Henry Harrison are rarely mentioned in the mainstream. If anyone has been fed propaganda its you.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 I've heard of those people just as much as I've heard of any other mediocre writers, scholars and fairly insignificant people in American history. And it doesn't matter because the vast majority of blacks weren't doing shit for the country in 1908. And that is why they weren't liked. I'm not saying it's right, considering they were just coming out of slavery, but I'm saying it's more complicated than simply saying that whites are racist and evil.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 That had nothing to do with why they weren’t like and Du Bois and Booker were far from insignificant. Most of the people I mentioned were even smarter than most whites were at this time. The fact is that whites were simply racist and they didn’t care how smart or how much a black man contributed to society. Booker was far more intelligent and successful than Ulrich. It didn’t stop Ulrich from beating Booker and then getting away with it.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 "I've heard of those people just as much as I've heard of any other mediocre writers, scholars and fairly insignificant people in American history." I doubt that because no none of the people I listed are mediocre or insignificant, unless you’re looking at American history through a racist lens.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 You're racist against the white race, are you not?
Who gives a shit about "Booker" and "Ulrich"? Insignificant in the grand scheme. He who survives, wins. He who survives, lives. Survival of the fittest. Grow a pair and stop whining about the way people are treated. If the mistreated were worth a damn, they wouldn't let themselves be treated that way. It's no one's responsibility to treat anyone the way YOU think they should be treated. People will either succeed or they won't.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 You don’t care because you’re just too ignorant about history. You completely missed by point which was that Booker T. Washington was one of the brightest minds in America, black or white, yet because he was black he got treated as an inferior. And your logic is basically whoever has the biggest gun gets to do whatever they want. In your world it’s not the smartest people who rule, but the guy with the most brute force. That type of thinking has never worked in history.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 “ If the mistreated were worth a damn, they wouldn't let themselves be treated that way”
So you’re saying if an abused child was worth a damn he wouldn’t allow himself to get abused? I don’t know what kind of sick mindset you have, but most normal people will agree that everyone deserves some level of basic human rights. Then again you're probably one of those world conquest thinking type people aren't you?
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 We're not talking about children though are we? We're talking about men... I don't care about your drivel because it's insignificant past bullshit. You're looking only backwards, not forward. I didn't miss any so-called point about your hero Booker. My logic is not about "whoever has the biggest gun" or "brute force". It's survival of the fittest, which would include, to a degree, intelligence, among other factors. "That type of thinking has never worked in history". Wow...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 We’re talking about the powerless vs. those with power. My point with Booker was that he was an intelligent black man in an American system that was oppressive to black people for no other reason but to exploit them. You accusing me of looking to the past just demonstrates how ignorant you must be about world history. No one can truly understand the present without knowledge of the past.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 All your doing is whining. It does nothing. What's your point? That if everyone whines enough about what they don't like about the world that it will change? It doesn't work like that. Your consciousness is very limited. Anybody who goes on like this about "racism" is an idiot, I'm sorry. It doesn't matter what you think, survival of the fittest trumps all. It is not as significant and vital as you think to have a full understanding of the past....
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 You may call it whining, but what I’m really doing is just demonstrating how ignorant you are about American history. I can just as easily say, “anybody who believes X is an idiot” but I much rather but forward and argument that has substance. And if understanding the past is not important why the hell were you just asking about influential black people in the 1908? Obviously you care enough about the past to ask me questions about it.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 And I’m not trying to change the world. I’m having a conversation over youtube. There’s a difference between survival of the fittest and imperial nations that try to conquer and impose their will on other people, but to understand this one would need to understand history.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 ..I know enough about the history of the human race to understand people. After that, it's predictable, learning what people have done. Once you have an understanding of humans, there is no need for excessive research and study for that is all you need to understand the present and what the future can be....You have basically said that “anybody who believes X is an idiot”. You haven't formulated any logical arguments to support your claims. I didn't say any understanding of the past..
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 And which claims I have a not supported. I demonstrated that America’s racism had nothing to do with how smart black people were or how much they contributed. I demonstrated that your understanding of the slave trade was extremely shallow and I demonstrated that black people made significant contributions to American society before 1908. You have yet to refute anything I’ve said.
infox1000 1 month ago
... is unimportant. And I wasn't asking you because I thought you would give me some significant information. I knew the answer and wanted to see what you would say. I know there are no relatively important blacks from that time period, despite your worship for them. "Imperial nations". Oh you are just so oppressed aren't you. Let me ask you a question? @MrHaircut1 "I know there are no relatively important blacks from that time period, despite your worship for them.” Booker changed the school system in America, without Bradley there would’ve been no steam powered warships, and I think a cure for smallpox is pretty important. I don’t have to worship these people to know that they made huge contributions to America. You keep showing me just how much you actually don't know.

@MrHaircut1 “Oh you are just so oppressed aren't you”
This type of statement is typical for a man with no real argument. I never claimed to be oppressed, nor is this conversation even about me personally. How about you actually try to refute my arguments rather than changing the topic every time you post.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 You are the one changing the subject from racism. Where I've gone with this is deeper into the cause of the previous subject. By bringing up "imperial nations", are you not changing the subject? You are implying that everyone is oppressed. What else is your point of brining that up when I mention survival of the fittest? How about you try to refute my argument that people are better off not blaming other people for their lack of success? It distracts and uses energy that is better...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 No because imperial nations actually fits into the discussion of racism. Racism developed as a justification of European imperialism. I never implied that everyone was oppressed, but you’re making a habit out of misrepresenting my arguments. And I never argued against that last statement in the first place. Please do try to pay attention to what I’m arguing against and what I’m not.
infox1000 1 month ago
... off used in the drive to succeed.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 What I’m doing is being realistic. Racial hatred never left. Look at what happened to Rodney King, Oscar Grant, Skip Gates, and Sean Bell. People like you try to act like racism has magically disappeared because actors like Bill Cosby are rich. And it’s not over. Oppression still goes on. Just look at the continue exploitation of Africa’s resources by America companies. Pretending that oppression doesn't exist doesn't make it go away.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 Whining about it won't make it go away either. That's "realistic". Hatred will always exist. That's realistic. Racism will always exist. It is a function of humans sharing an environment with humans of other races. That is realistic. My point is not that racism doesn't exist. It is that spreading propaganda about it and the white man will not help anyone have better lives. If you truly care about anyone and their quality of lives, you'd have realized that by now. Stop giving...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Racism is actually a fairly new concept within the human race. Most people believe that racism has always existed, but like I said racism was really only invented within the last 500 years when Europeans were looking to justify their actions. In the ancient world (Egypt, Greece, Rome, Nubia, ect.) people didn’t judge each other based on skin color.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 "Racism is actually a fairly new concept within the human race. Most people believe that racism has always existed, but like I said racism was really only invented within the last 500 years when Europeans were looking to justify their actions." Wow. Actually fear of the unknown, which is what hatred of those different than us is based on, is a basic part of human nature. You think you know when racism was "invented"?? That's ignorant. "Suddenly you're getting defensive"...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago

MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 “You're accusing the people who have provided a country, society, industry, government and relative free way of life of being evil.”
No, I’m accusing people who have engaged in centuries of genocide and slavery of being evil because that type of behavior is evil. Please save your straw man arguments for someone who can’t tell when you’re trying to misrepresent their arguments.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 And those same people have provided a country, society, industry, gov't and relative free way of life. Ignore that all you want, it won't go away. Finally, you admitted that you think white people are evil. That makes you a racist. "That type of behavior is evil". Provide a logical argument showing how this is true. Secondly, those acts of "evil" are what led to everything I previously described. The United States and the freedoms you take for granted. That kind of thing is necessary.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 "Finally, you admitted that you think white people are evil."
It's sad how you're trying so hard to accuse of me of racism then you turn a statement like "That type of behavior is evil" into "white people are evil" It's pretty clear that your simple mind only thinks in terms of you hearing what you want to hear. No wonder you think everything is "propaganda"
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 You're calling the behavior of the past 500 years of a single race evil, but you're not calling that race evil eh?...
And who are the majority of those incarcerated? But they're just in jail because the white man is evil right? They're not free because they violated the rules of freedom. Freedom doesn't mean lawlessness. I take advantage and enjoy the freedoms and opportunities everyday here and have a great life because I've worked to earn it instead of whine about it...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 No, because the entire race is not engaged in that behavior. I certainly never compared white people to dogs.
The majority of the people who are jailed come from low income neighborhoods or they are drug users, which means that America’s jail system is essentially punishing the people who are already at the bottom of society. This also plays into the fact that majority of the wealth is in the hands of the few.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 "The majority of the people who are jailed come from low income neighborhoods or they are drug users, which means that America’s jail system is essentially punishing the people who are already at the bottom of society." And? That's the way it should be. Survival of the fittest. Why should I care about what's happening to the lowest, most dangerous, least contributing people in the country? You're defending drug dealers and users, people who deal to children and will rob and kill...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 So you’re saying a society should give all of the wealth to a few people and then jail those who are given the least amount of opportunities? Also do you realize how much the prison system and drug users contribute to America? Jailing drug offender has become a serious economic interest in America. You should care about the lower class simply because America's economy is built on exploiting them. There can be no rich people without poor people after all.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 "United States and the freedoms you take for granted" Yes because the United States is such a great place that the US has the highest incarceration rate of any country, a system in which 1% controls more than 90% of the wealth, and no free health care…not to mention the pointless wars..

This is true but the fighting was never over any notions of one race being better than another race, which proves you missed my point.

And here we have an ignorant assumption followed by a six grade insult. I can tell you must be a mature and responsible adult....
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 "This is true but the fighting was never over any notions of one race being better than another race, which proves you missed my point." No it doesn't prove that. And you have no point. You apparently aren't aware that what people look like, meaning largely what race they are, plays a huge part in how people have always judged other people because whern people look to expand their conquest, they inevitably are faced against other races and will always see themselves as being better...
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 How about you use examples to argue your case. Show me proof of anytime of racism in the ancient world; Greece, Rome, Egypt, Nubia, Persia… Name an example of racism or racial prejudice. Because when the Romans (white people) tangled with the Nubians (black people) both sides showed mutual respect for each other when the conflict was over. They had no prejudices against each other.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Back then people indentified more by nation than race. They didn’t go to war over skin color. It was one nation going to war against another nation. When Rome conquered European nations they didn’t view themselves as white people conquering other whites. Physical appearance was not important when it came to war back then.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 That's how it is now, genious. Whites don't go to war with other countries over skin color. But in the past, when there were empires and dynasties, they were facing regions of the world which ties in more with race and ethnicity than modern countries do.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 First of all its genius not genious. If you’re going to be patronizing at least spell the word the right way. Second, you still offered no proof that people harbored racist attitudes in the ancient world. Rome absolutely hated Carthage, but they never once use a racial slur against the people of Carthage. There was no white supremacy or black supremacy ideologies back then.

...They weren't liked back then because they weren't likeable.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Your understanding of history is pathetic. The word nigger came about as a way to dehumanize black people because that’s what slavery was. African slaves were treated more like animals than people and the constitution even refers to black people as 3/5 of a person. Racist white people disliking blacks had nothing to with how useful blacks were, It had everything to do with the fact that white people were just racist. They oppressed a race of people that did nothing to them.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 Are you even aware that Africans enslaved their own people and sold them to whites? It wasn't about "oppressing" anybody. It was dollars and cents. They were already slaves in Africa. That's what they were. "Racist white people". So stupid. Yeah, a whole race of people for some reason just decided to keep another race down for no good reason right? Just pure evil? Post-slavery, blacks weren't liked because their "freedom" was the cause of the entire collapsed Southern economy.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 That’s a very watered down version of history. Slavery in Africa worked much differently than slavery in America and the slave trade began through a series of slave raids. Are you aware of the many African rulers who fought against the slave trade? Are you also aware that after slavery was abolished, nearly the entire continent was colonized and oppressed by Europeans? The Europeans enslaved Africans within Africa.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 It was about oppressing African people to steal their mineral and human resources and as a result millions upon millions of Africans were murdered. Racism had nothing to do with whether or not black people were useful in American society. America had already decided to not accept black people, regardless of how intelligent they were.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 No, the conversation is about more than that because the root causes and origins are more important.... Yes, I'm aware of all of the insignificant rhetoric you're repeating. It doesn't matter. It's called conquest. It's competing to obtain the best possible life for yourself and your own people. It's completely natural and biological. Your idealism about how people should be treated is insignificant within the framework of the execution of the agenda of human nature.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 When they arrived the Americas and in Africa they were welcomed with open arms and treated as guests. They did turned on their hospitable host and conquered them. Of course, you probably neglected that chapter in history. Africans didn’t seek out Europeans to sell them slaves, but the Europeans did seek to gain slaves, using whatever means necessary. They had no respect for African culture, even though the Africans gave them respect.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 You’re defending European crimes by saying that it was human nature when the fact is that it’s not in the nature of all humans to want to conqueror and dominate others. The Europeans took advantage of the fact that most of the people that they conquered were really only looking to seek peace with the Europeans.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 I'm trying to get through to you that I don't care. Everyone has their own problems. If you dealt with and handled your own shit, you wouldn't have the time or energy to be such a crusader against the way people are treated by other people. It shouldn't matter to you so much. It's none of your business. It's not your responsibility. Worry about yourself, your family and your own people.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 If you don’t care then why are you even responding to me still? And how did we go to a conversation about race in 1960s America to your rants about why people need to be selfish and only care about themselves? If you want my advice you need to stop accusing other people of buying propaganda and read some books. Then we might be able to have a more intelligent conversation.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 I'm responding to you still because I care about this issue and this country. What I don't care about is the past mistreatings of insignificant people. Insignificant to the present and insignificant to the future. Books ARE propaganda. Your assuming that because someone has written a book, they must be an authority on something and you believe everything you read. All you need is your own mind and observable reality to see what's significant. You're not intelligent. You are taught.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 “Books ARE propaganda” So are you telling me you never read? Books are a tool for learning. People just don’t pull information out of thin air. People gain knowledge through reading and research. When you told me that Africans sold their slaves to white people, you clearly had to have learned that from somewhere. You didn’t come to that conclusion on your own. Now had you read more, you would realease that your statement was actually propaganda.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 I'm not saying that I've never read. I'm saying that it is very easy for impressionable people to be misled by what they read or hear and have an attitude towards books and authors that their opinions must be correct because they are in a book.... Why do you think I haven't studied my country's history? There comes a point when obtaining knowledge about history that you should begin to learn enough about people involved in the history to develop an understanding of people in general.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Well you’re the one who said that books are propaganda and I find it ironic that this whole time you’ve been accusing me of buying propaganda, when everything you’ve told me is pretty much propaganda. And I don’t think you’ve studied your countries history because frankly I think you have a poor understanding of history in general.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 What have I said about history that has been inaccurate? I've hardly stated facts about history because of my knowledge of the relative insignificance of many historical facts, in reference to "racism". This is illustrated by your cherry picking of history to make the white man look like evil and the blacks look like oppressed by only the white man.... No you did NOT demonstrate that black people made significant contributions to society before 1908, especially relative to whites.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Well just about everything you said regarding the slave trade was half truth. And I find it sad that you’re referring to me using actual examples as “cherry picking.” I have yet to see you give specific examples to support your argument. I already listed some of the those contributions to society before 1908. It’s not my fault you skipped over the comments that don’t support your vision of history.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 I haven't heard you try to refute my accusation that you believe whites are evil so it is very difficult for me to take you seriously as someone I should use much energy on. All I said about the slave trade is that blacks were enslaved by their own people and sold to whites. You wouldn't even acknowledge that. All you could say was that some of the blacks fought against that enslavement. You are so racist against whites that it's pathetic. You haven't even refuted that.
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 Why would I even need to refute such nonsense to begin with? I haven’t accused you of anything, so why is it you feel the need to hurl accusations of being a racist. What’s pathetic is your need to resort to unfounded slavery when you lack a better argument.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 *slander
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 As far as the slave trade goes, for the first few decades it was Europeans going into Africa and raiding villages to get the slaves. But you failed to mention that. You failed to acknowledge that the first slave castle that was built in Africa was built against the will of King Ansa. My point is that Africans were literally forced into the slave trade during the early part of the slave trade.
infox1000 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 And I don’t have to cherry pick history. The last 500+ years of history has been the oppression of African people by Europeans. Now if you have an argument that proves otherwise state it or concede, but quit dancing around the topic.

... accountable and responsible for themselves, their behavior, and their effect and influence on society just like anyone else. They don't get a free pass just because they were once enslaved.

MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 What I take offense to is your ignorance about how race worked back in the 60s. In the 60s nigger was considered an offensive term which was used to denote the inferiority of black people. LBJ was a southern racist and you should be ashamed for even trying to defend his racism by saying things like “that's what they were called back then” Are you also going to tell me lynching is okay too because “they were lynched back then”
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 "how race worked"? I'd say your pretty ignorant. "Southern racist"? Why'd you throw "southern" in there? Are you implying all Southerners are racist? Or does it just help your argument if you use that stereotype? To call a black person a nigger today, when there are blacks who are doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc is not the same thing as calling them that word at a time when they really did have a more inferior place in society, much closer to the time they were slaves....
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 I threw southern in there because in the 60s the south was far more openly racist than the north was. Do you even understand what the civil rights movement of the 60s was about? It’s not a stereotype. It’s just the reality of how the south was during the Jim Crow era. And you’re last statement is pure idiocy. In the 60s there had already been black inventors, politicians, journalist, and scholars. Nigger had nothing to do with the social status of black people in society.
infox1000 1 month ago
@infox1000 Yes, I do understand what the Civil Rights movement was about. Do you? You are only repeating the propaganda that public schools and pbs has told you. I'm not talking about just "the 60's", your go-to decade of glorification of liberal heroism. LBJ was born in 1908. If you want to talk about history and what's relevant to this topic, the fact that he grew up in the early 1900's is not something to ignore. What black inventors, politicians, journalists, and scholars were there in 1908?
MrHaircut1 1 month ago
@MrHaircut1 The conversation is about LBJ and the racial climate of the 60s. I don’t get why you keep wanting to change the topic. By the 1908 Benjamin Bradley had invented a steam engine that was large enough to power war ship and let’s not forget that the first smallpox inoculation was introduced by an African slave. There was also Du Bois and Booker Washington. By the 1908 black people had contributed much to America. The only one buying propaganda is you.

Come on people, if your best swing is "that guy said nigger he's evil!" it's time to go back to the drawing board.
manbearpig8402 4 months ago
LBJ was a horrible human being. He dropped the "N" word like it was a regular part of his speech. Thank you for posting.

@102LBC I don't suppose a mother fucker like you, with a penchant now and then for the family dog, can explain just exactly what the co-conspirators meant about Connally blocking a bullet for JFK. Just try it.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC And since you do not deny Hale Boggs said it, his words prove the conspiracy did happen. Not to mention the co-conspirators, Hoover & LBJ, talking about how Connally blocked a bullet - even though you say it was only a lone rear assassin.
Stop trying to screw your pet dog. That's why your mommy spreads her legs for you.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC So you did see the proof LBJ was guilty. Add to this the statement of Hale Boggs, warren commission member.
"Hoover lied his eyes out to the Commission – on Oswald, on Ruby, on their friends, the bullets, the gun, you name it."
Now, go clean up that turd you let drop from your diaper before it stains the rug.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC The use of the word "they" is obvious. Hoover & LBJ were co-conspirators. LBJ saying he did not know of everyone involved, automatically excludes Oswald as a lone gunman. Helen Thomas is a credible journalist. She said both Hoover & LBJ and others were at Murchison's home, with CIA and mafia and Prescott Bush. DPD Jesse Curry already stated there was never any proof of Oswald with a gun in the window.
Don't drop your turd out of your diaper while changing it.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC I heard the tape of Hoover and LBJ saying the word "They" in reference to more than 1 assassin of Kennedy. This was 1 week after government (Hoover, LBJ, other crime figures) declared Oswald the lone gunman; killed him; buried him. Credible journalists do share the same view. Your non-credible twits do not.
Will you hurry up and change your diaper? It is stinking up the home. Mommy is furious at you.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC You're the asshole giving out disinformation. LBJ was in on the assassination of both presidents. Plenty of proof. Johnson was involved in many other murders.
Now, change your diaper. You mommy is waiting for it by the washer.
barmtraiI 5 months ago
@102LBC No re-writing history. LBJ and the democrats watered down the 1957 Republican effort and made it somewhat useless. That is why it had to be done again in 64, but only after the democrats could take the credit. You're right about veto power.
However, Johnson was still involved in many murders, including JFK's. You can hear him say he was involved in the Diem assassination.

LBJ TAPES: Kennedy Assassination 1(J Edgar Hoover)
Part of the recorded phone conversation pursuant to the creation of the Warren Commission, between LBJ & Hoover Nov 29 1963..
LBJ: "Were THEY aiming at the President"?
Hoover: "THEY were aiming directly at the President"!
LBJ: "How did it happen that THEY hit Connally"?
And there it is. The assassination plot was given up by 2 of the biggest conspirator assholes.
10Faenor 6 months ago
@10Faenor You can't go on that man. At time it was very difficult for many Americans to fathom that one person could be responsible for the assassination. Secondly, both Kennedy and Connally were hit, they maybe be assuming that separate gunmen targeted each of them. If you look at the video of the assassination; it's somewhere this site, you can see that 2 separate bullets went through Kennedy and into Connally. It's really obvious, but at that time in '63 they didn't have the tape to see it.

@WWETNAwrestlingfan15 FBI lied to us. *****VIDEO PROOF***** Witness statements falsified.
Who knows how many more witness statements have been purposely changed by the FBI criminals. Everything in the FBI was run & known by Hoover.
Youtube video: Proof the FBI LIED in their JFK Assassination Reports.

@10Faenor Do you have a link to that tape? Please provide a link or I call bullshit.

@zazozung video link is:

I was born in Texas and have lived here all my life. I was merely saying that the "n"
word was commonly used by Texans of that generation.
William111061 6 months ago
LBJ was born in Texas in 1908. What else can you expect?
William111061 6 months ago 23
@William111061 Thanks for showing your ignorance, pal. Blanketing all Texans as racist based on what, movies you've seen or MSNBC? There's only one thing worse than a racist, and that's someone who plays the race card so flippantly.

HE not racist hes a Texas man that grew up before the civil rights
localboy32 7 months ago
@localboy32 I suppose you think LBJ is not a murderer when he was responsible for sending his personal goon to commit murders in his name. He was also, by voice admission, part of the Diem of Vietnam assassination, just 21 days before he was part of the Kennedy assassination.
Now, pull your mom's rented dildo out of your stupid asshole and wipe it off, before she come home from her night job in the downtown alley. You don't want her to find out you tickled your butt with it again.
jacobji5 6 months ago
LBJ was flawed just like a lot of people. He was a bigot though not a racist, there's a difference. If he was a racist he would have never entertained the thought of passing civil rights legislation.

Yeah tell me about it. I wrote in an email that a fool who was acting a fool -was acting like an American Negro, I should've said N*ggah and he blasted it all over the Internet..one of those light skinned Negroes with a problem-passing for white..I guess I blew his cover-lol! In any event.. white boys, hispanics say "wassupmyniggah" all day long on the East Coast. Just fuggeddaboutitt!

can't you understand that there is nothing derogatory in word nigger, negro means black...but in today's america even the world black isn't allowed...in some time african american will be also bad word...but the words are not the problem...negro, black, african, it's all the same...how people use this words that matters...
doczg88 8 months ago
@doczg88 it has derogatory roots and LBJ knew what he was saying when he said it. I'm not bashing him but he obviously meant it in a derogatory way.
Rams4life94 7 months ago
LBJ was a Texan who grew up in ignorant times so to some extent I can understand why he used language like that. But for you small minded bigots to use Youtube to air your racist views is disgusting. @cdddraftman do not preach to any black person on their heritage and I know who my dad is. And dollarstorePWNRlol the civil rights act was passed in 1964 and black people have been lynched in the 21st century. The only retarded people round here are you fools that believe any race is superior
