Please note, I ignore him deliberately to teach some VERY EXTREME RUDE Rafi fans who are always over the top to insult others. One rascal even wrote to me that If I like others then " I should not even breathe." Such are some, and I repeat some, Rafi fans. You are polite so I will say Rafi was a fine human being.
