The Cochran Firm being a government agency is the only way I can explain the forces that came to save it from our fraud suit -- the court, the State Bars that are charged with keeping lawyers honest, and the media refusing to cover these events, the FTC and FCC not making the law firm identify itself plainly in advertising, etc.

JUDGE WENDY SHOOB, of Georgia Superior Court, declared that the law firm that is widely advertised as the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm is nonexistent under that identity. She dismissed our Fraud suit on that basis -- NONEXISTENCE.
The name this firm used to represent itself in Court is not registered with the Georgia Secretary of State's office.

Well, I'll try this one out to get posted. This is real folks and we must do something about it. As a Masters degree student, I have read studies, peer reviewed, that have also broached this subject. Would you want this to happen to any of your friends or relatives? The drug companies will use anyone, even the elderly in nursing homes, to get their meds tested on humans who really have no choice, either because of their mental illness or cognitive recognition that "It just ain't right".
Sad, but true. If there is any justice in this world this should come to public awareness NOW! As a Masters student in Gerontology (the study of aging), this is a prime group of men and women on whom to try new, untested on human, medications. This happens in nursing homes amont the elderly as well. Is this what you would want for your brother, mother, father, or any other human being.
