This doesn't even get into the issue of the ingredients of these vaccines, which often contain the mercury compound and proven toxin Thimerosal. The US Govt even went as far as to grant the vaccine manufacturers complete immunity from lawsuits resulting from the vaccine with the ratification of the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREPA), which is unconstitutional and obviously not in the best interest of the people.
