you don't see the 79.99/month because there isn't one! you have the 69.99/mo then they are charging you a $10 premium data charge for a smartphone (at the very bottom of the page). so they advertise it as 79.99/mo. i'm going to ask a lawyer if i can sue for false advertisment.

Sprint uses a network called WiMax which is owned my Clearwire. Sprint owns 51% (I may be wrong) of Clear, so Sprint uses their 4G network which is unlimited and their 3G nation wide plan which also unlimited (meaning you don't have that 5GB cap). It's that simple guys XD

Sprint coverage has been great for me in Orlando, Atlanta, San Diego, Seattle and all parts outside their perimeter. My bill never fluctuates as I am truly unlimited.

I really hate when I see other phone companies claim they are unlimited in their commercials. They are full of shit.

Might be unlimited Sprint but 3G in my area has been horrible as of late. 1,000ms ping times lucky to get 100kbits some times. It's pretty bad. Sprint use 2 be the best network ever, I miss those days. My 4G always can't hold a signal to save it's life unless I'm directly under the wimax tower not moving. :-(
