Hackers can't get into our stores the items that go into the stores are

also reffered to as "Virus Items" As they spread faster into stores for no reason

People say it's just because it's a name and Texture edit that overlaps another item so that item can't be purchased anymore. But since it's placed as a DLC you may figure things out like some DLC can be purchased again although most HDLC is placed in Open byte Spaces some are in other areas So... No one knows why but it happens

It got into ables because if even if you visit a friend who's vistied a friend who had it you get "infected" and the item goes into your games programing and enters the games normal events. Its like finding a red pikmin or something like that in ables.

I wish they would make a hdlc item such as a shirt to let us non-hackers or used-to-be hackers with the encrypted codes to like walk over objects and get furniture from neighbors houses. I used to be a hacker, but after I downgraded my wii firmware and crashed my wii (permanently) I had to buy a new wii and can't use homebrew anymore.

how it works is if you ever see someone wearing it, it becomes an item in the game. if you have never seen it on another player, then you cant buy it or find it any other way then seeing a hacker with it.

Hey, i did some research, It's dosn't mess with the game, it just adds a new code so the hat appears. you gotta go to an "infected" town. infected as in has had it and has the code in the game's programing. I'm just guessing that it was made purely for the fans of super paper mario.

the hacked DLC paranoia started with the lightsabres. i don't know how the hackers got the items into ables, but to be honest...if it is going to take up a hex code simply by connecting to a user who has SEEN (doesn't even own the item), i would rather be able to purchase it and make use of that hex slot than just have it go to waste. HDLC isn't destructive to the game outside of taking up one of 200+ hex codes, so everyone should stop worrying. i'm sure nintendo won't use those slots...

Clown mask code ID - $AFC8

DimentioMskHDLC code ID - $CA0C

I don't think it replaces anything. The HDLC makers just made a new item code. So I think it should be safe... for now.

I think they can't hack your stores, but when you let hackers wearing the item into your town, it over-rides your original Clown Mask Item File, and replaces it with the HDLC. The rule of overlapping HDLC. =P So when the clown mask appeared in your Able store, it shows as a HDLC instead.
