Hi there, UB40 is a white reggae band, I was born in England and their name stems from the Unemployment Benefit Card, that we had to sign when we went on the Dole, the two brothers in the band are West-Indian (one died in a car accident) I'm of West-Indian heritage my friends at school could identify with them, you can hear Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Gregory Isaacs, U- Roy, Big Youth, Steel Pulse, Aswad and other reggae influences, I never judge anyone by their color, music and love have no color.
