This is great. I have real problems with side pressure, he just made me understand a lot there. Practically every time I wrestle I have a bad bicep for about a month, which is why I don't wrestle :s

In that vid you mentioned that you train specific angles on the pulley for wrist strength. Can i ask what those specific angles would be exactly?

its not a free trip always you know - maybe theres financial reasons they can't, not just paying for the trip but they have to get time off from work and obligation
