There's an inferno in there, but it also looks like there's one big central explosion at the end. Not sure what that is. It might be Thunderstorm, but I don't see more than one round of lightning.

Yep. After you play it a while, though, you'll probably end up buying some cards. You only start with 32 out of the 200 possible, but most cards are inexpensive.

Yes but it is a bit limited, you have less cards and less features for a period of time. You should try it and if you like it you might actually buy the full game and get access to more cards for your deck.
