Quran contain 6666 verses out of which more than 1000 verses talks about science . out of which 80% is proved true while the other 20% is ambigouis/unknown but not even a single verse of Quran collides with the modern established Science .

The verse in question is a description of the geocentric model (in which the Earth was the center and the rest revolved around it); which was the accepted theory at the time. This is the simplest explanation: any more far fetched explanation you provide (such as divine revelation for something unknown at the time) is belief and not objectively convincing. It doesn't specifically say that it rotates around the Earth, but it gives the impression that it does for 2 reasons: it describes the movement of the Moon and Sun in the same verse; and the geocentric model was the accepted one at the time. But, the more simple explanation is that this verse is simply a description of the geocentric model, which was the accepted model at that time. Also, we see the sun and moon moving, so it's not a prophetic statement to make.
