  • I guess you are kind of obsessed with bodybuilding and supplement stuff.You may hava a bad DNA or bad workout but somehow your body does not look good at all. ( I know you are 220 lb natural and bigger than 9 of 10 people you met ) But it is not the point i mention. I am not talking about being bigger or stronger.

    I hope you do well in the future buddy, try to more focus on your workout and cardio not those powders...

  • I would take them at different times, span them out through the day if you have them individually.

    As apposed to taking it at once, allot of your micro nutrients hinder eachothers absorption. so break it down and take some breakfast, lunch, dinner type of deal

    your body can secrete allot of things, these pills are no challenege, look at what we can do with alcohol...haha

    Just a quick question:

    I'm looking at taking lots of supplement (vitamin and mineral) pills and say if I had 15 different types of pills that covered everything I needed. Consuming them all one after another in one sitting, would that be safe? To have that many pills sitting in the stomach at once. Assuming each pill covers a different area, like Vitamin C, Vitamin B etc etc.. Would to many minerals be a shock on the system if I took all together on a daily basis?
