How to change Samsung Epic Touch 4G Brightness with Notification Bar

Thanks for the tip. Do you know how to modify the notification bar? I want to add the HSPA+ icon on it if it has it. I'm new to Android, so I don't know if it has it.

Its definitely a TouchWiz deature. The UK version does this and no other Android phone does.

So I have had three bad Photons, don't want an EVO 3D, is the Epic Touch the best of the three or should I get Photon #4? I would like to have a way of getting video out like HDMI but know that DLNA is legit for most stuff...
