Your problem is your overanalyzation. Sure he raps about rape and violence, but it's not to be taken literally. Someone to assume that is actually real is either a feminist or a young teenager. Someone of your age takes things way too seriously and needs to lighten up.
The reason why Eminem is so highly respected is because of his subject matter. He raps from the heart, he says what he wants, and no media outlet or celebrity can make him change, no even some prick like you on YouTube.

the lyrics that the guy aid arent even in any of eminems songs. listening to eminems songs arent any different from horror films. he loves his wife but they get in arguments and his raps are just a way to vent his anger. u dont see people killing people after seeing saw or watching jason.
