Not a true 4x4,,, I had fk hard time with highlander,,, I knew it but occasionally getting stuck with 4x4 look alike,, as embarrasing.... I told my buddy about stuck in the snow and he is like 'my pilot wouldn't, and it's driver,' he is just no car guy and he thinks his pilot is ultimate 4x4... next time I'm getting 4runner.......

@chewchewg, well at the begining of the clip @ 0.14 secs u can see even the rear wheels spinning, later the woman has not focussed well on the rear wheels. Although at one point u see the wheel playing dead but maybe as no speed. And this is not 4X4, they are not even called 4X4s or lookalike 4X4s. they are soft offroaders or AWDs. If you want a 4X4 then you wil have to get 4X4. In a AWD the rear wheels work only if the front wheels slip/spin. Some AWDS have AWD lock but not super gears like 4X4

next time try turning the dstc off and once you punch the gas the wheels will lock on all 4 and put your low gear to get out of there faster, when you spin your wheels like that you really dont get traction. My wife drove ours out with a knee high snow yesterday like it was nothing though we have gislaved snow tires on.
