All that I use in this drink are: espresso, hot milk, milk foam, chocolate sauce. So first hot milk mixed with milk foam are being poured into espresso. Then I put some milk foam on brown surface. And finally some chocolate sauce. And it all needs properly foamed milk, which needes certain technique, but it's not possible to write it in so little words.

Is the first thing you put in cream? And the second one that you add on top...What exactly is that? And how do you get it to look so foamy?
