You've gotta be very selective when using Chun's ultra. It doesn't do much chip damage and is VERY punishable (as demonstrated here). I only use it if it's a guaranteed hit or your opponant is spamming projectiles.

well. that and you can combo her ultra pretty easily too, the target combo into the set of kicks that gets the opponent into the air works pretty well and FADC combos work very well too
