Credit card and insurance companies....perfect, it's suddenly not so serious, they rip consumers outa money on a daily basis. And if I knew this skill, I sure as hell wouldn't be so greedy to line up nor would I play narc and rat someone out and ruin it for everyone.
The gas station still gets paid and the numbers they use for the card do belong to someone, but that someone doesn't have to pay either, the loser is the credit card company and their insurance company.

The have card reader/writers that can write onto any kind of pvc card that has a magnetic strip on the back. Then all you do it code the card. This scam go's way back to the eairly 90's.
americian gas pumps are fucked up, the pumps are programmed stupidly, the pump should only activate when the person behind the till has the persons card and has swipped the card, They thiefs are not using a special technology, they are using there brians since they know that those homo pumps are programmed incorrectly
Now uv started readin dis dunt stop. This is so scary. Send this to 5 ova videos in 143 minutes. When ur done press F6 and ur crushes name will appear on the screen in big letters. This is scary cause it actually works. If u break the chain u will have problems with relations p.s for the next five years x-x-x
This is completely obvious, there is faulty equipment that accepts any card at their pump...that would be why there were so many customers lined up, and none at the other pump, compare it to an ATM spiiting out money by mistake for any passerbye.

And that is how they get caught, a line of greedy 'customers'.
There is just a bit more to it, access to the pump on a bit deeper level.
The person who is boosting gas "opens" the dispenser and you have it, fraud .
I will entertain questions from the police on how this is done.
