I remember going too Welland in the 60's. Amazing how the blasted zebra muscles are everywhere...I do believe they are finding ways too get rid of them vermin..Great video,,
That was done in the old channel, abandonned in 1973. I always knew stolen cars wound up in the canal, but, to see so many (Some nearly burried in the clay) is rather surprising!
The cars were sunk on purpose for dive training. This part of the rec canal is used by several dive groups.
